I went there because they were holding a handmade marche. It is located right next to Bashamichi A5 exit. It feels like home and they sometimes hold events.

I stayed in a non-smoking single room. It's narrow anyway.I can't open the carry case unless it's carry-on size.We do not recommend this for people who are over 170cm tall as the beds and toilets are small and difficult to use.Amenities are placed next to the front desk. This is the minimum necessary.I think the unit bath has just been renovated. It's beautiful and good. The rooms are also well-cleaned and comfortable. I think it's a good hotel if you don't mind the small space.

Even though it's a non-smoking room, it smells like cigarettes. I felt a little nauseous and queasy, so I told the front desk, but they just kept saying, "This is a non-smoking room, is that okay?" and they couldn't help me. The rooms and the staff's behavior were terrible. I will not stay again.

It was very good!Although the building is old, the rooms were well-maintained and the unit bath was new and clean. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations as the hotel was part of a cheap tour, but I was disappointed. On the tour, I only had a choice of a smoking room, so I thought I'd just have to put up with it, but I was grateful that they offered me a non-smoking room at check-in. I was in a room in front of the elevator, so I was prepared for it to be noisy with the sound of the elevator opening and closing and people, but this didn't bother me at all. There are many places to eat near the hotel, so it can be difficult to find one. Sils Maria (raw chocolate shop) is nearby, and there is also a convenience store and Sugi Pharmacy, so you don't have to worry. I was surprised to see that there was also a shop run by Fu Hui Chou. There are many historical buildings and the location is great!I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I used it during my trip to Yokohama.I made a same-day reservation, but I was able to check in smoothly!I couldn't rent a parking lot because it was limited, but there were plenty of parking lots nearby, so I didn't have any problems.

Since I was staying for several nights, I refused to do the cleaning, so I'm not sure about the service, but there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I think it was a good price for a stay without meals.

I came to Casa do Angela for my son's wedding, and it was a great location with easy access to Chinatown, Yamashita Park, and Marine Tower. The hotel is also close to a historical building, which is a good place.

There is a huge difference in service attitude between male and female staff. The female staff were very polite and pleasant, but the male staff seemed a little rough. Therefore, I would have given the female staff a rating of 5, but the male staff would have received a rating of 1, so I gave them an average rating of 3.It's a shame because it's a great hotel.Challenges remain in service education!

It was my first time staying in the Bashamichi area, but there were more office workers than tourists around.I felt that all the hotel staff were of a high standard. The room was not very large, but it had been renovated and was clean. The unit bath is located high and there are steps, so it may be difficult for elderly people. There are also many delicious restaurants around the area. It's more affordable than Minato Mirai. The food at the breakfast venue on the second floor was also delicious.
