I used it for an overnight stay.I don't use room service so I can't say anything about it, but the room is spacious and clean. However, the room is unusually hot.Maybe it can't be helped since it's a closed room...It was mid-April, but the air conditioner was at 18 degrees Celsius, and even when I turned it on full blast, it didn't work and it was so hot that I was considering changing hotels.Otherwise, it would have been a good value for money hotel. Also, the outlet right next to the bed was broken and I couldn't use it.I used it for a cheap price, so it's not a good idea to have high expectations, but I won't be using it again.

It's been 3-4 years since I started coming to Yokohama regularly.I've been using it since before the name change. This year, I've been using it about once every two weeks. It's a very good hotel and I've used it many times, but I feel like I've been having a hard time using it due to the recent coronavirus pandemic and rising expenses.Although there are some aspects that cannot be covered by corporate efforts, I am grateful that they have kept price increases to a minimum and have not reduced the amount of free food to zero, even if the number of staple foods has been significantly reduced.Although my favorite foods, yuzu salt ramen and cutlet curry, are no longer available, and food prices have increased significantly, I am still using the service to show my support. It's true that some things have been significantly reduced compared to a few years ago, but it's still a good hotel! In fact, I'm sorry that I haven't written a review even though I've been using it for a long time.I will be using it today, next week, and next month. do your best! !After…(I hope Yuzu Salt Ramen comes back...)

The TV screen said that soft drinks were free for both visitors and members, but at the time of checkout, they charged for the soft drinks.A service fee (no service was provided) was added.I was embarrassed to have to call the front desk and tell them about the machine payment, so I paid the bill, but it was supposed to be around 9,000 yen, but I was charged over 10,000 yen.I used this hotel for the first time because the hotel I usually use was fully booked, but I don't think I will use it next time.It is difficult to complain about unclear accounting at hotels.

A love hotel in Asahi Ward, Yokohama City.I thought you could only enter from the narrow alley in the back, but you can also enter by car from the side of the stand on the R16 (Tokyo Ring Road) side.I chose room 302 because it had a water server (not all rooms seem to have one) and because it seemed bright.Unfortunately, there was hair on the floor and there was dust in some places. Also, when I rented shampoo and brought it back, I was told, ``We didn't have what you wanted, so we have a replacement for you,'' and the store handed me the shampoo they had chosen. If that was the case, I would have thought about something else if you had contacted me in advance, but in the end that shampoo didn't suit my hair, so what? That's what happened.I was able to use other member benefits without any problems. You can order from the TV, but sometimes free food and drinks were listed as having to be paid, and some items were not listed, so it would be faster to order directly over the phone.Overall, I'm a little unsatisfied among the Best Delight Group hotels I've used so far.

An unreasonable fee is charged at checkout.Even when I checked over the phone, I couldn't explain the details properly. The front desk is difficult to connect with and doesn't understand the system at all.Even though there are plenty of rooms and free services.Unpleasant response.I will never go there again.

I used it when I was in the British pavilion, where you could stay from 5pm, but I used it only once instead of cue L and stopped using it.This time, I was invited to stay until the end of February by a sign that says 4pm starts, and the sign next to it says that the flat rate for accommodation is 5,900 yen.I thought it was amazing, so I went to the reception desk.If you put your membership card in when choosing a room, you won't be able to get in, huh? When I thought about it, it looked new😅I wonder if first-timers will also be able to get a membership card here. When I asked about the flat rate on the signboard, I was told that it was different, but when I thought about it carefully, it turned out to be cheaper than the rest stop🙏But be careful as you might think you'll be paying a quick glance at the signboard. This price seems to be limited to low-rank rooms late at night.I wonder if there are A to F ranks, so I checked into an E rank room, and although it was a low rank, the room was spacious and clean, the TV was large and there was VOD, and the bathroom was large and clean. If you're a member, each person gets one free drink and food. Wi-Fi is connected, but it's not maxed out so it might be a bit weak, and I was in a room on the top floor, on the 4th floor, so it might depend on the room. When I looked at the menu, it looked delicious and I had a hard time deciding what to order. The visitor fee was eye-wateringly high and interesting.I ordered a steak curry and loin cutlet set meal for dinner. The curry was okay, the meat was delicious, and the loin cutlet was very satisfying in taste and quantity. The lady who brought it to me had a nice smile. That's what I said😊I guess it's only for a limited time, but if you give your membership card from another hotel on the way home, you can get a 500 yen discount, so I used it, but of course you won't get it back, so if you have a card you don't need, why not try using it?For me, who was looking for a place where I could stay from 16:00, I give it 5 stars because it's the best value for money, but even if it starts from 17:00, it's still 5 stars. The place I used to stay on weekdays started from 3pm and the price was about the same, but considering the room and service, cue L is definitely better.I think this is a hotel that offers a good range of services even for people who are just taking a break or staying overnight, so give it a try.

Room 406The bed was clean. The outside bathroom is dirty and unusable. There is no roof so it cannot be used on rainy days. The jet bath in the bath inside is broken.Employees do not respond even though membership cards cannot be read. There are no cups at the drink bar. It's the worst.

Since it was my first time staying at a hotel, I had something I didn't understand, so I called the front desk. I was asked if I was alone, and when I said yes, I was told that one person was not allowed, eh? Is it okay if I think about it and call you later? When I asked her, she said it would be fine if she used a delivery health service, but after all, wouldn't she be alone?

2023I haven't been there since I last visited about half a year ago.I asked for free service. The amounts clearly didn't add up.I called in front of the payment machine, but the employee said,Don't you understand how fees work?A silly answer...I settled the bill for the time being, butI didn't like it, so I went to the reception to ask.I asked to see the statement.Unable to see, meaninglessThe amount was refunded.I still wasn't convinced, soPlease contact the head officeI think the breakdown of the amount is wrong. When I asked to see it,I received an email apologizing that the calculation was incorrect. The response from the head office was sincere, butAgain to the people working at this hotelI would like to understand the fee structure.Because I haven't done that, in recent reviewsIs there something wrong with the accounting again? lolOne of my favorite hotelsHe had been going there for 3-4 years,It seems like I can't count money these days.I haven't been there because I don't trust it.I think it's a good hotel because the rooms are clean, there are plenty of free services, and the price is cheap, but it's fatal that sometimes I can't calculate the price.ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー2016-2022I used to go here often before the management changed.Management has changed and the system has been renewed. One free drink and one food item per person. There is no free food around here.Thank you.In addition, until now, we had a face-to-face reception.I had to decide on a time,The amount will automatically change according to the time.It became. This is what I am most grateful for.
