Staying with 2 dogs. Although the facility is quite old, the water area in the room has been beautifully renovated, and the room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was also good. The dog run has a very handmade feel to it. Runs especially for large dogs have steps and steep slopes. It may be dangerous unless you have a large dog.Indoor orchids are convenient for letting them play for a bit.The food was delicious and the quantity was just right. The customer service was warm and everyone was very nice and I had a good time.

Thank you for your help on a weekend in mid-May.The customer service was very attentive, and a lot of delicious food was served, including rice, dinner, and breakfast. However, I accidentally forgot my jacket shirt, and when I called after I got home and asked for a postage payment, they kindly accommodated my request. When it was sent to me, I was surprised to see that it was packaged neatly and I paid for it.I'm really thankful to you.

The building is certainly old, but I think this inn clearly conveys the feeling of welcoming pets.My dog is a large puppy, but is it a slope? cliff? He was running around happily at the dog run.Although it is not particularly well-maintained, I don't think a large dog will be able to use up its physical strength without it, so it is recommended for large dogs.I ate dinner for my dog all at once, so I had to refill it.

I came here after searching for a hot spring inn where I could stay with my dog.Although the building is old, the view from the window is nice and the quality of the hot spring water is also good. There are two dog runs, and even if the weather is bad, there is also an indoor dog run, so it was nice for dogs to be able to play. The meal was also a feast and delicious. However, it's on a steep slope, so if it snows, I don't think you'll be able to get there with regular tires.Dogs are not allowed on the bed, so you can wear mannered pants, but if you let me, I'll come again.

As written on the website, it was difficult to find the location and I was a little nervous along the way as I had to walk down a narrow road. I thought it would be nice if there were more signs and other landmarks. Also, there are quite steep hills along the way, so I thought it might be difficult to go on snowy or rainy days. (N-BOX)On the day our family stayed there, there were two people, one who said he was a regular and the other, but the regular had very bad manners and would leave his dog unattended in the indoor dog run and leave it alone in the dining room. When I was eating, I heard people shouting loudly about how ``the table is too small,'' and the couple was talking badly, which made me feel uncomfortable. There were no screens in the dining room, and even though we were in two groups, we were seated next to each other, and even though we didn't have to listen, we could hear each other and people kept talking to us, so we couldn't relax. The inn itself wasn't bad, but if someone like that is a regular and frequents the place, and if the inn doesn't pay attention, I wonder if there's a chance I'll experience the same thing when I go there.

This is an inn where you can stay with your dog. We also had a plan to eat in the room, so we had a relaxing time. Personally, the tempura for dinner was delicious. It was fried crispy and I could eat it crispy. The night view is beautiful. During bright hours, you can see the water vapor of Owakudani and the head of Mt. Fuji.
