Used with Mahjong plan (3rd time)The inside of the hotel was still old, and although it was a little sad that the open-air bath and breakfast plan that were there a few years ago were no longer available, I was able to enjoy the piping hot natural hot springs as much as I wanted, and was able to immerse myself in mahjong in the private mahjong room. No problem at all(By the way, the mahjong table is also old and does not have a score display function.)There is no convenience store nearby, so it is best to bring what you need before checking in.For dinner, there was a set meal restaurant and a Yakiniku restaurant nearby, so I went there.

This long-established hotel is reminiscent of Yugawara's heyday, and is quaint and relaxing. It has a very atmospheric feel with the sound of the river flowing and the chirping of birds, and its central location makes it convenient for walking around. The hotel manager and staff were all experienced and made us feel welcome.

A hot spring inn located in Yugawara Onsen. From Yugawara Station, get off at the Onsenjo Chuo bus stop. It is about 15 minutes from Yugawara Station. The building has been in business since 1965, so it is aging. …

Cozy hotel with traditional Japanese style rooms with male and female onsen. For those who want to experience real Japan, this is definitely the place for you. The atmosphere of the room is simply fabulous: real tatami made of rice straw, sleeping on traditional Japanese mattresses will please your back, the sound of a mountain river will soothe you, and the singing of birds in the morning will delight your ears. With all the traditionality and atmosphere, the room is equipped with all the necessary options: refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, TV, traditional Japanese and modern tables with chairs. If someone finds the mattress hard, you can additionally find mattresses, blankets and pillows in large closets - it will be much softer. Onsens for men and women are located on the ground floor. It is convenient to go to these onsen wearing yukattas - Japanese cotton robes with belts that can be found in the closet. Even our little son found a children's robe - this was very pleasing. There is also a music room with a piano on the ground floor of the hotel. The staff is very pleasant, sociable, speaks a little English. Thank you for our cozy stay at your hotel.

After hiking, we took a day trip bath. The building is old but very clean and well maintained. As others have commented, the hot water was very nice, flowing directly from the source. Thanks to you, we had a luxurious afternoon. The receptionist was also very kind and gave us advice on hiking routes. I will visit you again soon!

I think this is an inn where you can enjoy the hot spring water to the fullest.① Very close to the source② Not circulation but continuous flow③The water temperature is high, so I am adding water.④There is no food available, but you can eat a lot of things nearby. (You can bring your own)⑤The room is very, very old (pull lightly)That's what it sounds like...but actually, if you choose a room with a bathtub, you'll get 100% hot spring water. You can enjoy it to the fullest. If you add some hot spring water, it will cool down nicely.
