Self check-inThe room is very large and has three floors.The hot spring was also very hot and nice.I think it's perfect for families with children.

Not recommended. I will never go again.Even though the typhoon was approaching and the weather was so bad that warnings and evacuation orders were issued the day before, we had to cancel 4 days in advance and the cancellation fee was 100%. Even if the date is moved, it will be within one month.This time we were planning to go on a family trip for four people, but even though we had a hard time agreeing to the dates, we were finally able to make it happen. It can't be helped that I can't go even if I wanted to because of the typhoon, but I would have liked to at least be able to move the dates by two or three months or cut the cancellation fee in half.Typhoons are not predictable.I also understand if the cancellation fee is 100% if the meal is included.Even though I was staying without meals and was trying to cancel early, I think 100% of the 96,000 yen fee is less than 1 month after the date of the change.Because it's a regulation. However, there is no Q&A section on the official homepage, and the inquiry homepage does not function. When I had no choice but to inquire by phone, the only response I received was as if they were reading a script with a manual in hand. I contacted them and never got a call back.It's a real shame because it was a trip to my favorite city.I will never go there again.

I stayed on Sunday, but it was a mess.●Room situation・I couldn't take a bath because there were no usable towels (used towels were piled up)・Combustible garbage, pets, cans, bottles, all left as they were left by the previous guest.・Used slippers from the previous night・Situations where you don't know if it was cleaned or not- Lack of amenities●Staff response・I called after checking in, but as it was out of business hours, I was handled by a telephone service company, and the person in charge told me that they would call me back.However, after 30 minutes, there was no contact, and after that I called four times every hour and was answered by a telephone service company, but in the end I did not receive a call.When I use the inquiry form on the homepage, it says that the message has not been sent.I found their email address and sent them an email, but they never responded to my email or called me until I checked out.The hot spring itself smelled of sulfur and was slippery, but it was still lukewarm.It's nice to be able to relax at a non-contact inn, but I was surprised that the staff completely ignored me and didn't respond.I can forgive any trouble that may have occurred, but I can't believe that I was unable to contact the staff at all and that they did nothing to help me.The photo was taken at check-in.
