The room was great, with balcony, private hot spring. Fullu equipped kitchen, bbq.And a big projector. But the wifi was bad, not able to cast/mirror my phone video without breaking. Even if log in direct on the projector also not able to watch. End up no one watched on the projector setup. It's a huge waste.As weather was bad, not able to see Mt Fuiji across the lake. But overall the stay was wonderful.

Please refer to the website information for room facilities. The quality of accommodation is quiet and quiet, with exclusive views of Mount Fuji. Parking is convenient and there is a 7-11 nearby, which is worth recommending.

If you are in hakone. This is a superb choice. The location is amazing right on the lake. With amazing views and if you are lucky you’ll see mt Fuji. (We didn’t after 3 days). But that’s the luck of the draw. The hotel does a great job but there is no service whatsoever. You can only check in after 3pm with a code. There is nobody around to ask a question. But the rooms are extremely well equipped and clean. There is literally everything in the room. From a private onsen to a foot bath and telescope. Plus a huge projector screen. They definitely. Have added everything you might need except an umbrella. (Which you need). But the 7/11 is across the road and you can buy one there.

This property is a set of apartments that are really well furnished and very large. You get a full sized apartment with a nice kitchen. The view is spectacular. You can see Mount Fuji on a clear day. The unit we were in was on the second floor, so our view was a little blocked by trees, but we still had a great view. It's across the street from a 7 11 and down the street from a bus station and the ferry port. The room itself has a hotspring spa which was AMAZING!the location is on the outskirts of town, so there isn't a whole lot happening nearby. The town itself shuts down around 5. It's right on the lake, so you can just walk along the lake to get where you need to go.

The location is very good and the hotel is also very good. The only thing is that the entrance on the first floor is dirty. Why not pave a road?

I brought my family and parents. I booked two rooms and enjoyed the view and bedroom of the room on the third floor.I booked a barbecue in the evening for a two-day stay, and a morning set in the morning.As I have two middle school children who are growing up, I brought some extra meat.For a normal family, Rakuten's barbecue set is enough. I think it's quite filling. The ajillo comes with bread, so you might not be able to finish it all. It seems like you don't have to make reservations for dinner or breakfast for the number of people, but it's quite delicious, so it's worth making a reservation for the rice set. The room I booked had two double beds in one room, and there were two bedrooms, so it looks like it could accommodate about 8 people.If you know how to make a reservation, and if you're a large group, sharing a bed seems like the price will be surprisingly cheap.Laundry There are also machines that can wash and dry clothes, although it takes a while.My parents' room was on the 5th floor and had a nice view.Rakuten Stay is the best. I'm also interested in other Rakuten Stay⭐︎It's basically unmanned so you don't have to worry about it.It might also be recommended for student trips.If you plan on weekdays, you can stay cheap even if there are a lot of people.You can bring your own things, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it's convenient.
