I stayed in room 104 for about 70,000 yen using a coupon.Based on the results, I don't think I will stay there again. It wasn't cleaned properly, there were fingerprints on the window, dirt on the mirror in the shower room, the smell of dog urine from the sofa in the living room, the kitchen was sticky, and the cutlery was dirty, so I was very disappointed.I was staying with a pet and had high expectations because there was a garden, but the grass was up to my ankles and hadn't been particularly taken care of, and the tables and chairs in the garden were filthy, so I didn't feel like using them. I didn't.Also, since I am a wheelchair user, I stayed there because it said it was barrier-free and pet-friendly, but there were two steps that I had to lift my wheelchair up from the parking lot to the room, making it very difficult to enter. I ended up having to do that. We do not recommend this property to people who are wheelchair users and are considering staying here. The good thing was that we had booked a meal plan, so the ingredients for sukiyaki for dinner and French toast for breakfast (uncooked) were in the fridge, and we were able to cook them ourselves. It was very delicious with no problems. It was convenient to be able to check in from the tablet in the room, the projector and TV in the room could be used with various video subscription apps, and the free-flowing bath was very comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby, which is convenient, and apart from the cleanliness, I think it was a nice place for dogs to relax and have a relaxing time. However, since it is a villa, there is no direct service from the staff and we have to do everything ourselves, so taking that into account, I was not satisfied with paying 70,000 yen for a dirty room.

It's basically a self-service restaurant, so it's not a place you go to expect good service. It's like a rental vacation home with a hot spring where you can relax with just your family.4 double beds, 1 loftAn indoor tent for children, with a rope hanger in the atrium. Looks good for children. The building next door seemed to allow pets, so there was a dog.It doesn't have a great view, so it's probably for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

It is inconvenient that the S101 and S102 parking lots are not right in front of you (they are 30-40 meters away). There is a garbage collection point, but it was a problem because it was near the farthest parking lot and there was no guidance. There are steps at the entrance to each room and there are no handrails. The far parking lot has more than 10 parking spaces and two electric car chargers.

I booked for 2 nights and am very satisfied. It's a bit disappointing that I didn't rent it. It is also suitable for families of 5-6 or more people and families with children. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes by bus from the station. There is a soba restaurant right next door and a convenience store a 10-minute walk away, so it's a good idea to shop in advance.

A total of 8 people, including my wife's parents, grandmother, and my family, went on a fun 1-night, 2-day trip at the end of the year. There were some issues, such as the location of the entrance and parking lot being difficult to find, but the facilities were perfect and the food was delicious. When I used the north building before, I didn't understand why the parking lot was so far away, and although I didn't understand that again this time, I was satisfied overall. It's a little difficult to understand how to use it, and there are some parts where I think it's a bit of an afterthought, and I don't know how the price is relative, and I don't think it's a good value for money, but it's easier and more fun than staying at an inn with a large family. So if you don't use it incorrectly and you get used to it, I think it will become a nice place.I also hope that the management of consumables doesn't get worse in the future like in the North Building...

Great place. We enjoyed the bath most of all. The bed is a bit firm and the pillow is hard, but the amenities were great and the hammock was awesome. Kitchenware was great and the heated floors were amazing. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the traffic noise.
