Since it is a membership system, it is perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay.Reading books and playing shogiI had a relaxing timeI think it's best to make reservations early as the restaurant tends to get fully booked. There is no doubt that the hot water is also Hakone.

I used the Hakone facility for the first time because I like the Tokyu Harvest VIALA series. The exterior was clean, but the staff didn't notice that there was trash in the lobby, so I felt a little disappointed. When I arrived at the room, I was surprised to see the flooring with shoes on, although I didn't check it enough. And the room smelled like cat urine. It was very unpleasant. The sofa and cushions are also squishy.I was disappointed. I want to take a bath in the open-air bath in the guest room.As I thought, the ceiling inside the door of the washing areaThere were a lot of dead insects, and I thought,I asked the staff to clean it.Even when I wash my hands, if my nails get crunchy, they fall off.It was still dirty and unpleasant. When I went to bed at night, my pillow andThe cushion smells like a sweaty old man.It smelled so bad that I didn't use it and went to bed.Although it is an older part of the VIALA seriesI'm disappointed.I will no longer use this one in Hakone.

Stay overnight from Sunday to Monday in July 2024!Tokyu Harvest Club VIALA Hakone Hisui@HakoneI stayed in a semi-deluxe Japanese-Western room without meals!A family of 4 can spend less than 40,000 yen on something from Tsure.Open-air bath in the room! There is also an open-air bath in the large public bath!A hotel where you can truly enjoy Hakone Onsen! After getting out of the public bath, you will be massaged in a massage chair! The Balmuda speakers in the room were so beautiful that I couldn't help but click them on the spot! You can take the speaker outside to the terrace, and since there is a table and chairs provided, you can relax in the open-air bath in your room while watching your child taking a bath. That's about as good as it gets.bath.My disappointment started when I made a reservation over the phone and confirmed in advance that I had a baby, but during the check-in explanation, I was suddenly told not to put the baby in the bathtub if it wasn't diapered. The large public bath is surprisingly large, so there's nothing particularly impressive about it.For some reason, only the left hand at the very back of the massage chair gets really smelly, so be careful! I couldn't get rid of the smell for a while lol lolRefrigerator in the room. All drinks in the room are free!I've gotten so used to all-inclusives lately that I almost drank it, but it was taken away! It's like an old love hotel lolWell, there were a lot of paid drinks from the beginning, so I couldn't put anything I brought in, so it was a pain to take them out and then put them back in when I got home. That's all I have to say about the buffet.I added a breakfast buffet,Well, it was an average lineup. There's nothing else. It has no characteristics. It tastes like a normal hotel buffet that you can eat anywhere.I want to say more than that. The staff doesn't notice anything compared to other hotels. Of course, I am aware that asking for too much is not a good thing. My baby wasn't in the mood for some reason and made a mess of the food. Of course it's my fault and I'm sorry, but I wanted to at least do something about the spill on the floor, so I asked them to lend me some cleaning tools, but they rudely handed them over to me.yeah? Well, I guess so. Well, if you take it literally, it's true. Sorry for spilling it!I don't know if that exists or not, butFor now, I put the plate down silently.Well, it's empty so it's fine lolI'm sorry for coming.I want them to say that if they don't like it, they won't come in at all. I'm paying the same fee, so can't I do the same thing as everyone else?I think the members will still be satisfied lolI don't know lolIt's been a long time since I've been in a hotel where I feel completely uneasy.Oh, it's because I have children with me!So one thing I can say is that it is not suitable for families with children! ! !I have no intention of accepting it! !There will be no next time! I'm not going anymore. Impossible.

I stayed one night in a Japanese-style living room and bed room. This inn is designed to limit the number of guests so that the inside can be used comfortably, and although dinner is not in a private room, the tables are sometimes separated, so we were able to spend a relaxing two hours. The bath is large and has two types of hot spring water so you can take your time. Also, all the staff members were polite and helpful (a new male staff member was scolded by a female staff member for talking in the staff waiting room, but I guess that's part of his charm)It was a place I would definitely like to stay at again.
