Thank you for staying with us for one night during the first half of Golden Week. The staff at the hotel remembered that we had asked in advance if we could request an additional breakfast for my younger daughter, and they were very considerate as they had already arranged for an additional breakfast at the time of check-in. I was happy. Also, thank you very much for letting me know about the restaurant for dinner. The inn is well-prepared for the coronavirus, the hot springs are very pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the vegetables and coffee brewed with Hakone water. I had some great memories with my family.

An accommodation that cannot be canceled. Via booking.com. Even though I contacted them to cancel via the website 7 days ago, they keep saying things like "I haven't received it." After that, I contacted them to say, ``I want to cancel,'' but they said, ``I haven't received it,'' and they said, ``If you cancel one week in advance, you will be charged the full amount.'' Never use it. At the very least, it's best to never use booking.com.

The bath was good. It was reserved due to Corona. The breakfast was the worst (the hamburger was lentil and the bread was crunchy and everything was cold, the lettuce salad was mushy because the water hadn't been drained at all, and the potage was Knorr's instant).(If you think this is delicious, you probably have a very poor diet.)There is no heating inside the building and it is cold. It was nice that the room had a gas stove. The futon was thin and hard so I couldn't sleep very well. An air mattress for camping is a must. The people at the inn were always wearing the same jersey top and bottom. The clothes I wore at check-in and when I served breakfast the next day were exactly the same. Her hair is messy, and she looks more like a middle-aged person who hangs out in front of a convenience store in the countryside, smoking cigarettes, than someone who lives in an inn. It felt very unclean and unpleasant. The response is normal. It feels like a renovated old inn, but it's very cheap. I wasn't expecting anything particularly expensive.

It was nice to be able to relax freely as they treated me at a reasonable distance. I don't think this is suitable for people who like the hospitality of a ryokan.

I stayed here using the goto campaign. I went to enjoy the natural hot spring water. Due to the influence of the coronavirus, baths were used by families. It seemed like all 18 rooms were fully booked, so it was extremely difficult to take a bath in the two baths. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes to take a bath, and there were more people waiting, which made it feel a bit weird. The hot water in the bath was soft and the water was just right, so I could stay in the bath forever.Raising and lowering the futon myself was convenient and comfortable for me as I wanted to laze around on the futon after breakfast.

It was a relatively cheap place to stay. The hot springs are fed directly from the source, and although they are not large, they were very pleasant. The breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying.

It's an old sanatorium or something that has been completely renovated.I felt it was worth the priceI'm not particularly dissatisfied with it, but unfortunately I won't be repeating it.
