The female staff was very polite and nice. You can park in the parking lot by reservation, but parallel parking is narrow in parking lots 10 and 11. Especially in parking lot 11, unless you have a light car, there are pipes sticking out of the ceiling that will hit your car, and if a car is parked in parking lot 10, you won't be able to get in or out. There was a coin park across the bridge, so I hurriedly changed my route there. Maybe it was a good thing because it was a weekday and I was able to park there for 24 hours cheaper than the hotel parking lot. The room was clean and had all the amenities, but the flow of hot water in the bath was very slow, so it might not be a good idea to take a continuous bath. However, the check-out time was late so I was able to relax and have a good rest.

A total of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children, used it. Each room had 4 beds, and children under elementary school age could sleep together, so we were all able to stay in one room. The room was larger than I expected and felt more expensive than I expected.I was impressed with how well everyone at the reception responded.However, as mentioned in other people's comments, I was concerned about the cleaning part. Especially the bathroom.Unfortunately, there was black mold all over the bath, the back of the chair, and the gasket, so I didn't feel like taking a relaxing bath. Sometimes it's a mold killer, so I think just rubbing it will make a difference...However, overall, it was a hotel I would like to stay at again. I have become busy.

I used it as a couple + 3 children.With this number of people, we would normally have to book two separate rooms, but we were very grateful that we found a hotel that accommodated all of us in one room.This time I stayed to watch the BayStars.Hamasta is also within walking distance, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so the location is perfect.To be honest, the rooms felt a bit cramped, but I think the unit bath was larger than other hotels.The toiletries are also products from a famous company, so compared to other hotels, your hair won't get dry and will have a shiny finish.I'm so happy.However, as mentioned in other people's comments, I was worried because I couldn't stop sneezing from the time I checked in until the morning, probably because the cleaning was not done properly.Didn't you check what it's like? I think it's also attractive that there is a laundry corner that can be used 24 hours a day.This time I stayed without breakfast, but next time I would like to stay with breakfast included.This is one of the hotels I would like to stay at again.

Used on weekdays for 2 nights and 3 daysThe good thing is that・The TV in the room was large.・ReasonableThe bad part is・Places where cleaning was not thoroughThere are paintings in the room, but there was a lot of dust😵・Water drainage in the bath was poor.I think it's reasonable if you're looking for something a little prettier and cheaper.
