Kuraju stands on a hill and has a hideaway atmosphere.Passing through the noren curtainA glittering gold sofa welcomes you.Apparently it's a Kyoto Nishijin textile sofa. There are also many other traditional crafts.Walking through the hallway, enveloped in the scent of wood,Go to a simple modern room. There was also a bathWe recommend the private open-air bath.In the dining room with a high vaulted ceiling,While grilling local seasonal ingredients on the stove,``What should I bake next? "and,Have a fun and delicious time with your friends. When the sun went down, I went out to the terrace. It has a fantastic atmosphere that is completely different from the daytime. If it's a warm season,It might be nice to look at the night sky.I want to visit again. This is my favorite in Hakone.

A newly built hotel above Hakone Shrine. It was a healing space with the power of a famous shrine and being in the middle of a forest. The hotel is small and has a calm atmosphere.Because it doesn't seem to take many guests. You can enjoy the resort feeling without meeting too many people. It feels like...the room is simple and calm. But the attention to detail was wonderful. The amenities were cute and the open-air bath was really nice♪And as expected, the food was amazing. From appetizers to a full course meal using a stoveIt was really deliciousAfter all, grilled food is the best.Personally, the sweet potato and shrimp were sweet and delicious.I would like to come back again just for the food.I would like to come back and stay at the hotel again.

I went on a girls trip to Kuraju, a hidden inn on a hill in Hakone. It's also a 10-minute walk from Hakone Shrine⛩️, and you can recharge your power at a power spot!As you pass through the noren at the entrance, sophisticated furniture and ceramics will casually greet you...The decor of the guest room is simple and modern with white as the base color, so you can enjoy a good rest while feeling excited while in the room 😊It was a very luxurious time to be able to enjoy a full Japanese course meal made with ingredients that are locally produced and consumed in Kanagawa, and to escape from the daily life of the city and enjoy an extraordinary experience. Since it's the cold season, we stayed indoors, but in the warmer months, it would be great to sit on the terrace while looking down at the scenery...I'm looking forward to coming back again ♪ I'm already looking forward to my next trip just imagining the scenery in spring, summer, fall, and winter 💕

This is a quiet inn located close to Hakone Shrine.I was able to spend a very enriching time surrounded by high quality items, such as the furniture and tableware. The room also has a bath, but the open-air bath where you can feel the nature is wonderful. And the most noteworthy thing is the food✨The dishes were beautifully prepared using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, and the seafood and mountain delicacies grilled over charcoal in the oven were exquisite! It was cold on the day I visited, so we had the meal indoors, but they said you could also enjoy the same meal outside on the terrace, which also seemed pleasant ♡The terrace was lit up at night, creating a different atmosphere than during the day.I would love to visit you again in the warmer season.

A hideaway inn in the forest near Hakone Shrine. As soon as you enter the entrance, you are greeted by a lovely Nishijin woven sofa✨The feel of the silk and the comfort of sitting on it was amazing. You can see Lake Ashi from the window of your room. The interior is a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, the bed is by Simmons, and the amenities are cute, which women will love. You can also feel the attention to detail in the furniture and tableware in the hotel. There are two private open-air baths where you can feel the warmth of the wood and the beauty of the stones, enjoy the seasonal scenery, and enjoy a sense of privacy. And above all, “Kamado”The food at the restaurant is amazing~✨The experience of using seasonal ingredients and grilling them in the oven is unique to this inn! I am impressed by the deliciousness of the seafood and mountain food grilled over charcoal ❗️I heard that from now on, you can also enjoy this meal at the ``Kamado'' on the outside terrace, so I definitely want to visit again ✨

The food is delicious as everyone has written. I casually talked to my companion about how much care and effort was put into it.We are doing our best to prevent the coronavirus inside the building, but due to this, there is no public space except during meal times, and there is no public bath that can be used freely, so if the weather prevents you from going outside, you may end up holed up in your room and feel cooped up. ?The toilet and bath in the room have been renovated and are clean, but the toilet and shower space are quite small. I think larger people might have a hard time. The area around the inn is a villa area and there are no shops. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to Hakone Shrine and less than 30 minutes each way to the shores of Lake Ashi, but it was a little difficult to get back to the hotel as it was a steep slope.Reservations for the private open-air bath are required upon arrival at the front desk, so the earlier you arrive, the better you will be able to reserve at your leisure. Although it is not a natural hot spring, it was nice as an auberge.

Anyway, the food is delicious! And hospitality. For some reason, I remembered the days when I soaked in Nyuto Onsen. For me, this is one of my favorite accommodations.A cute raccoon dog greeted us. I had some good encounters and was healed. To be forced to say, I was concerned about the friendliness of nature, the smell of the bath and room, and the accessibility, but it's something I can close my eyes to.
