I have a 1-year-old child and can't go to the public bath yet, so I was looking for a hotel with a hot spring bath in the room, and when I found this place, I made a reservation. The room is a corner Japanese-style room on the 9th floor (viewing mountain side + next room)It will be long if I write it in detail, so I will give it a rough summary lol◎ Good points.・Reasonable (approximately 17,000 yen with two meals, although it was the result of using a coupon)・All-inclusive (it's a bit disappointing that alcohol is only served until 9:00 p.m. All-you-can-drink soft drinks are available 24 hours a day)・The room is spacious and convenient for families with children.・The bath in the room is also a hot spring.・The bath in the large public bath is wide, deep and comfortable.・Although the building was old and had a feeling of ruin, it had been renovated and was thoroughly cleaned (except for the bathroom in the room).・All the employees were kind to us (thank you for taking care of our children!)・It was bad, but I really want it to be improved! point.・The bathroom in the room smells.(Rather than a musty odor, it was a complete musty odor...It disappeared naturally after soaking in the hot springs for a while. There are windows, but there are no screens, so insects can get in, so I rely on ventilation fans. There are some stains.)・Although the buffet food is delicious, it is not warm.(It seems to be kept warm by a machine, but it's lukewarm... it gets cold by the time you eat it)・There is no way to improve it, but walking between the hotel and the parking lot is dangerous.(Walk about 50m on a narrow old road with no sidewalks and continuous sharp curves. Pedestrians are in a blind spot from a car's perspective, so it's scary)・When I first entered the room, there was no air conditioning and the items in the plan were not provided.(Everything was self-service...The good view was my enemy, and I ended up being guided to a room temperature of nearly 35 degrees.)・The open-air bath in the men's public bath was closed.(There was no guidance at check-in, and there was no mention of the website. Whether it was a long-term event or just a coincidence is a mystery.)My impressions after staying here are:Is this a business hotel in a hot spring town where you are basically self-service and the front desk and buffet venue are small? That's what it felt like.As mentioned in other reviews, the buffet certainly doesn't have that many items, there is no live kitchen, and the overall impression is not glamorous. However, the inside of the building has been renovated and is beautiful, and although some of the rooms look old, they are well-cleaned, so I think you can feel the good old days. All of the employees are kind and I wouldn't say I won't come back again, but I think I'll go there when my kids are older and can go to the public bath together.Thank you for your help!

On the day a typhoon hit the Kanto region, we entertained a researcher who came from Germany in a rental car. The hotel room was very nice and even though it was raining, the view from the window was nice. Also, you can take drinks to your room at night, which is convenient. As for meals, as with any hotel in Hakone, it's more interesting to go out and eat on the town. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to town. However, you can still enjoy Hakone during that process, so I think it would be great unless there is a typhoon. The person in charge of the counter was very kind and I felt comfortable being treated properly. The hot springs are of very high quality as they are from Hakone. I want a cold bath to collect water, but there is only one type of bath.

The hotel itself is old, but the cleaning was thorough. All the staff are kind andWe tried to make it so that we could play table tennis and karaoke so we wouldn't get bored at the hotel. In the feel-good corner, there were many items that would be helpful even with children.Wipes, children's chairs, etc. There were also board games etc.The bath was very comfortable as it was thoroughly cleaned.I want to go again. The breakfast buffet was also delicious! And alcohol is 21? All-you-can-drink until midnight, and the drink bar was all-you-can-drink 24 hours a day! !

A 3 star hotel uphill, without shops nearby. The dinner buffet was overpriced at 6600 yen per head vs the available options. Booked Japanese rooms for the group, but felt that the futon was a bit smelly. Nevertheless still a great experience with helpful staff member.

Large and spacious rooms. But they were dirty, the duvets discolored. The place didn't look like it had much hygiene. Normal breakfast. It said there were dinners but they didn't have service. …

Since it was the Obon holiday, I understand the price was a bit high, but there was a difference of 19,000 yen for 2 adults with and without meals. The worst part was the dinner buffet. The restaurant opened at 18:00 and we arrived at 18:30, but there was no food already, and since it was a buffet, I thought it would come out later, but most of it didn't come out, and I stayed in the restaurant until 8:00 pm, but I didn't eat. There were many meals that were missing, and there was only one box each of ice cream, vanilla, and chocolate, and they were never replenished. The customers around me even said they didn't even have soy sauce. There was an abundance of tempura (shrimp), probably because there was a dedicated person frying it. Dinner was disappointing considering how expensive it was. The temperature of the bath was also low. I didn't think I'd want to stay there again.

I don't think you should expect too much from the food.

The room (and the air conditioner?) was dusty. My husband has asthma, but he can't stop coughing, and I don't have asthma either, but I can't stop coughing. My husband doesn't always pay attention to things, but he didn't seem to want to use the bathroom in the room, so he used a plastic bottle of water to brush his teeth. There were no side dishes for breakfast either. There was an earthquake that day, but the building itself is very old, so there are concerns about its earthquake-resistant structure. One of the elevators was out of order, so I didn't know if I would be able to escape, so I was scared. There were no side dishes, but the morning ramen and curry were delicious. You can also borrow toys, which was fun too. I don't see many other hotels letting you borrow toys, so I'm glad, but since my husband's asthma hasn't subsided since we got back, I don't think I'll ever go there again. The employees were very kind.

Quiet hotel with very good facilities. The room is very spacious, with a small outdoor balcony and an area with tatami and a Japanese-style table. Numerous details and toiletries, including slippers. …
