The inside of the hotel was clean and everything was beautiful. The food was plentiful and both dinner and breakfast were delicious and satisfying. I stayed in a room with a semi-open-air bath, and even used the private bath with my dog, which was very satisfying. I noticed that although there is a time limit on the private bath, there is no clock inside, and I thought it would be nice to have shampoo for dogs. I would like to thank the staff for their friendly and kind service.

This is a harsh evaluation.I was looking for a place to stay with a dog and an infant and chose this place because it just opened in August.Overall, it felt like an inn that was small and cost-cut. (Maybe they are renovating?)I arrived a little early, but there was no reception counter, so I didn't know what to do. (You will also need a smartphone to check in.)I planned to check in in advance and wait in the lobby, but there were only a few chairs available and only a few groups could wait.People who came later either waited in their cars or stood waiting. You also have to ask someone to carry your luggage. I feel bad asking the staff because it's on the stairs.I knew in advance that there was no elevator, but the steep stairs were not friendly to dogs with weak legs. It said there was a dog run, but it was dirt, not grass, so I didn't use it.Although I am traveling with an infant, there are no changing tables in the lobby or restrooms in the restaurant. For urgent diaper changes, I went back to the room and changed them. The restaurant had tableware for kids available to rent. There were no baby chairs, but they provided them the next day.The staff were attentive and very kind.Unfortunately, the website said it was a 1 minute walk to Gora Park, but I took it with a grain of salt and went by car as it was quite a distance and steeply uphill on foot.(I think 1 minute by car or 10 minutes on foot is correct.)They wrote my name on the welcome board, but I had the wrong gender. I checked to see if my registration was incorrect, but the gender was correct. I gave up taking pictures. There is a lot of dust and hair on the windowsill in the lobby.I noticed this while I was sitting and waiting. The bath is equipped with a high-quality shower head and hair dryer. It was very good. The food was healthy and very good with lots of vegetables.

Thank you for taking care of one human and two chihuahuas. Everyone was very kind. The guide inside the facility was thorough, and they carried the dog in a carrier, and they were friendly to humans, and there were pet sheets and other care products for dogs throughout the facility, so I felt at ease. This was my first trip with a rescue dog, and I was able to make some wonderful memories. I look forward to seeing you off and watching over you until you are no longer visible, and I would like to visit you again.

My dog doesn't like being close to other dogs, so just when I was thinking of giving up on dog-only lodging, this inn where you can eat in semi-private rooms caught my eye. There are patches available that easily convey the personality of each dog.I was happy to see that they were considerate of dogs that were not friendly! There is no such thing as a drink corner for humans, which is common these days, but I thought I would do something about providing services for humans myself rather than increasing the accommodation costs.(But I wanted coffee after the meal.)For my family who longs to use a cafe with their dog,We were able to eat together in a semi-private room, and the dogs had a buffet of toppings for their rice, so we didn't get bored, and that alone made us happy.*As for the meal contents, I was able to enjoy it without feeling heavy on my stomach as I am an older person! The room has a digital key, so I didn't have to worry about the key, so it was easy to get in and out, and I often went to the snack corner with my dog.Another thing is that the staff's tone was calm, so I was relieved that my dog wouldn't be startled (by their voices or movements).I hope my impressions of our home will be conveyed to dogs of the same type and their owners.

My family of 4 and my dog stayed in a room with a semi-open-air bath.Since it has just been built, the interior and exterior of the building are clean, odor-free, and comfortable. The large public bath is small, but it is equipped with a Refa hair dryer, a light-up mirror, and a wash basin. The washbasin in your room is equally comfortable. What's more, the private bath has a pet bathtub and dry room, so there's plenty to enjoy! The dining room is also separated by room, so you can enjoy your meals without worrying about other dogs. It was also nice to have a food buffet for dogs. The indoor dog run had a photo room with costumes and props, so we took some commemorative photos.Although the facility is built on a steep slope, there is a cable car station right next to it, making it convenient for sightseeing in Owakudani. The semi-open-air room in the room is not a hot spring, but it does have a jacuzzi. I enjoyed relaxing bath time while listening to the birds chirping.

I stayed there on the 13th day it opened. We also have meals for dogs (buffet style), so you'll be satisfied!I thought it would be better if white rice was available for breakfast.I also celebrated my birthday.

The food is so disappointing. . Even if it looks cute, it's basically a hot pot with vegetables as its main ingredient. . There's no delicious meat. No freshly fried tempura either. Cold and hard... such a menu costs too much.It doesn't have to be high-quality ingredients; don't serve anything that doesn't taste good. The food here makes me feel less excited than the food I eat at home.I don't think I would want to eat this because I think the staff knows this too.No matter how much Hakone is, no one will repeat this.
