I made a reservation on the same day, but it was a room with an open-air bath.I was able to use the room at a reasonable price!The staff was also very kind and made it a fun solo trip.My mother also stayed there before and said it was great.I want to go stay with my mom next time!thank you very much.

I used it on my boyfriend's birthday trip.It was stylish and comfortable, and I was so happy with the extra service that I wanted to use it again!◼︎Medicinal tea, alcohol, and snack barI enjoyed it as soon as I arrived. There are many types of medicinal tea! There was also an explanation of the effects, so I drank a lot while learning about it. Sweet sweets and slightly stronger alcohol are also great.◼︎DinnerI enjoyed a variety of flavors with the course-like dishes. It was nice to have all-you-can-drink alcohol, and I had a lot of fun making my own.It was great to have a photo taken of me as a souvenir!◼︎Birthday cakeHe was very satisfied with the cute cake, which was just the right size and sweetness!◼︎BathThere's only one indoors and one outdoors, but since I don't usually take a bath, this is enough. It was nice that they provided ice cream and after-meal drinks!◼︎BreakfastThere were a lot of varieties, and the oyakodon was especially delicious.As with dinner, the staff were polite and made me feel comfortable.

I stayed for several nights in October, and the staff were all very friendly and I had a great time. On the second day of our consecutive stay, the menu for both dinner and breakfast was partially changed, which I was grateful for.

I got a great deal using my birthday coupon. The room is a suite. The TV was big and the movies on the DVD were great.Although the cypress bath is not sourced from a hot spring source, the quality of the water was soft and comfortable thanks to the cypress.I am very satisfied with the chill-out and photogenic space, including the medicinal meals and photo space.The location is also close to Gora Park, so you won't have any trouble getting around. This is a must as you can enter the park for free with the Hakone Free Pass.

This is was such a good find. Stayed here with friends and stayed in the 4-bunk room. Plenty of room for 3 adults. The outdoor bath was certainly put to good use. The cultural experience was provided by opting for the full-board deal. The food and service was enjoyed by my visiting friends. I love the traditional Japanese onsen so I used it to my advantage. It is very close to Gora station and the fickle train. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is right next to Gora Park and has good transportation. The staff's friendliness and food are excellent.However, although the room was clean, the metal parts of the wash basin were rusty and felt old.

My family used it.In conclusion, I thought it was a facility for young couples.However, it was convenient as it was close to a convenience store, so it wasn't bad.check-inA QR code is issued in advance on a tablet, and you can check in by holding it up.However, my mobile phone was connected to the Softbank line, so I couldn't even print the QR in front of my tablet, probably due to poor reception. Previously, two of us stayed in a room for 50,000 or 60,000 yen, which included dinner and breakfast. I think the breakfast and rooms are appropriate for the price.I felt that I could not recommend the dinner and public bath to others.I felt that the dinner menu was designed to serve a large number of guests smoothly. The purpose of this dish was not to satisfy customers with delicious food, but to serve it smoothly. The ingredients were simple, and I felt that the number of cooking staff had been reduced.Since there is no way to cook and make simple ingredients delicious, I recommend not having dinner.The men's side of the public bath was underground, so there was no view and there was no open-air bath.This hotel is based on my personal experience, but I think you will be satisfied if you stay there as if you were staying at a business hotel.

We visited with 3 people and the room was spacious enough.The food was just right, with elegant appetizers and all-you-can-drink options. The wine taste was a little disappointing. The spittle was flying while the restaurant staff were talking, so I wish even the restaurant staff would wear masks.The medicinal bar also had a wide variety of teas, and I would have been happy if there was a little more alcohol.There weren't many washing areas in the bathroom, and I often had to wait, and the lockers in the changing room were unnecessarily large and difficult to use.Other than that I'm very satisfied.This was my first time using an all-inclusive hotel, but I wanted to try something else.

The moment I entered the building, the aroma was wafting through the air and the atmosphere was calming, full of Japanese atmosphere, and had the smell of a medicinal cafe. Dinner and breakfast meals had fixed times and seats, so we were able to eat slowly and calmly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bath made my skin smooth, there were drinks prepared for me after the bath, and I could use the free ice, which was great during this hot summer. I felt calm knowing that there were no children around.This is an inn I would like to visit again.

Gora has steep slopes. Because of the location, the lobby hallway and rooms are rather small and feel like an apartment. The place to eat is too small and I don't feel comfortable.

We used it for his birthday celebration.There was something like urine on the sofa, and I sat down without noticing it. My clothes were dirty and it was the worst. When I smelled it, it really smelled so I thought it was urine.There was also trash on the bed. I felt terrible because of what I thought was rubber. From this, I could only imagine the worst, so I informed the hotel staff.I was told that the room was full and I could not exchange rooms, but I was directed to a room of the same type that I had not yet checked in. We lived in the next room, but at night someone else came into our room, so I was wondering what they had done with the sofa that had what looked like urine on it, and I felt sorry for them. I thought.It just so happened that the manager wasn't there and the response was slow, which made it very unpleasant.My birthday memories became the worst.In the end, although I had booked a plan that included meals, I was given a refund for the room only, but paid for the meals and bathing tax, which was an unsatisfying result. It didn't make sense for me to have to pay a fee based on such terrible memories. I had high expectations based on the reviews, so I was really disappointed. I won't go there again.

It was a very nice and heartwarming stay.Let me use it for my birthday tripUnfortunately, on the day of the trip, it was raining at warning level, so I wasn't able to see much of Hakone, so I wondered if I could check in early.I discussed it with my partner, and he gladly said it was okay, so I was able to check in.It's raining, but that's why I decided to relax at the hotel instead of going everywhere, so I enjoyed the medicinal bar, the calm atmosphere of the rooms, the gallery, the delicious food, and the kind, warm, and attentive customer service. I was able to do it.It is thanks to Melvere that we were able to spend such a relaxing and gentle time together.The Wi-Fi connection may not have been very good, but I was able to do a little digital detox without having to play around with my phone for the first time in a while.I had a really relaxing and healthy time.We bought a birthday cake ourselves, but it didn't come with a fork or spoon, so Melvere asked if we could use plastic instead. When I asked him about it, he kindly lent me a proper spoon, which was really helpful.Thank you very much for the wonderful stayI left a letter and checked out, but in the afternoon of the same day (on my way back from sightseeing), I received a phone call from the hotel, thanking you for your letter and wishing you a happy birthday. The food was great, but the portions were small! The inside of the hotel was clean and the drinks were free, which was great! The baths didn't have a view, but the quality of the hot springs was good! The only disappointing thing was that the cups at the medicine bar were extremely dirty. It's cloudy and the dirt hasn't come off, so I hesitate to drink it.

Small but beautiful hotel, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable and clean. The boss is very generous, and there are always drinks in the hot spring area. There is a lot of beer, tea, and biscuits in the leisure area on the first floor. You can stay for two meals, and the meals are on point. There is also unlimited alcoholic beverages.

I went back for the first time in a year, and there are no mini beer cans that were previously in the free drink area, no cheese or nuts, and only two types of cookies for snacks. The hot spring in the public bath is 43 degrees, so hot that no Japanese or foreigners can enter.Everyone says it's too hot. I keep the room as clean as it is, but if I can't use the hot springs, I'll probably be staying a third time, especially since there are so many new hot spring inns these days.Reviews from March 2023 ∶ The room was new, spacious and good. The balcony is spacious, and the mountain views and fresh air feel great. The free drink area on the first floor has a variety of varieties, and it's fun to look at them.The small cakes and cookies are both delicious. I would like to go again on the weekend for a change of pace.
