It's in a great location, with Family Mart on your right as you exit the main entrance, and Kyoto Station on your left.I made a reservation online about 3 months before my scheduled stay and was surprised at how cheap it was.Unfortunately, there are no tables, so it's difficult to eat or do any kind of work.

This was my second time using it, following last year.I was very satisfied with the location, which was right in front of Kyoto Station, perfect for easy access, customer service was no problem, and receipts were processed immediately. The buffet breakfast was also nutritionally balanced and I was very satisfied with all aspects.

It's right at the back station of Kyoto. It's very convenient to move around. There's a whole family downstairs. After leaving the hotel, you can take the Loop Line bus to Kawaramachi Shopping Street.

It was convenient because it was close to the station and you could store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.However, the woman at the front desk at check-out was not very nice. I held back because I wanted them to store my luggage.I was confused and thought it might have been better to use the coin lockers for a fee later.

Worst customer service hotelI have stayed at hotels like this many times in Kyoto for business, but it was the worst as it was uncomfortable and stressful on top of the fatigue from work. The Japanese woman at the reception was unmotivated. It seems troublesome to have guidance when I don't understand what they're saying. This is an appropriate response.I felt happier and less stressed when I was able to check in at an unattended hotel.I went to the reception desk again to ask questions without going to the room. They didn't look me in the eye, didn't smile, and just asked me to settle the bill, looking like I was in trouble.I didn't understand why he was acting like this, so I asked him directly. Why do you always do this? No, I don't know, and I don't think I'm suited for the hospitality industry. If you do it unwillingly, it's the customer who suffers the consequences. The check-in after work made me feel really bad and it was the worst.I have stayed at various business hotels in Kyoto. This is my first time in such a bad hotel.I will never stay there againNot recommended

I've used it 3 times. Since it's from the Hachijo exit, it takes a long time to get to Omote Station, but I plan to continue using the room as it's quiet and relaxing.

Directly from Kyoto Station. Used the Shinkansen bullet train due to its suspension. The bare minimum is sufficient. Welcome drink and breakfast included
