This hotel (he said) has no longer collaborated with OYO since January 2024. I was informed when I arrived at the reception. As a result I had to book a room at a cost of 185 thousand for a single room. I lost 125 thousand because bookings from OYO could not be refunded. Because I don't know if this is OYO or the guest house's fault, I don't want to give a low ratingAs for the rooms, the service and facilities are good and comfortable

What's wrong, the mattress isn't thick, the wifi is stuck, they say it's free, it costs 100 more, it's not clear, the room is narrow, there's no Pepsodent, the soap toothbrush is empty and the shampoo is used, so I use shampoo and shower, but I'm sorry...

Yesterday I stayed here for a few days when the hotel near Premiere Bintaro Hospital was full. More like a boarding house actually, the rooms are okay. The hot water is running. TV and AC function well. Even though the room facilities are minimal, there are no blankets. Maybe later blankets, towels and mineral water can be provided as in the picture on the Oyo application. As far as I remember, each floor has a different rate price. I was grateful that I ordered yesterday and got the 4th floor, but I could just move to the 2nd floor because I brought a big suitcase even though the extra charge was 150k. Elevator no. But okay. The guards are friendly. Thanks.
