Horrible… I would not sleep in a place like that again… bed harder than sleeping on Peruvian stone. The owner clearly wants to make easy money, she imposes rules about not making noise or showering at certain hours... but then there is no control... the tenants who live there do what they want, like showering at 3 in the morning , walking next to your room as if they were horses…. Or they don't recycle directly, but since you are a foreigner the owner thinks that you are the one who is not doing things right and talks to you and looks at you badly, on top of that the house is super far from everything... you ask her please if she can ask for a taxi because you don't have a battery on your cell phone and it responds that the taxi stop is in another direction and that they don't come here... I'm sorry but we have ordered two taxis and they both came to pick us up... you didn't feel like doing the job for us Please, for being Spanish… you are a racist. On top of that, we spoke to you in Japanese all the time and you seemed offended. I have felt very uncomfortable. Not recommended. Not even to sleep. By the way and no less important, while the owner was showing us the house where we were going to be with more people, when we got to the kitchen... a giant spider that I have not even seen in Australia came out from under the kitchen sofa... and to top it all off At night a huge cockroach came out between my blankets... I ended up sleeping on the couch because it made me sick. I wanted to go in a hurry in the morning and I was offended by a bottle of water that I left in the room so I could throw it away... but the dead cockroach didn't want to show it to me... look for something better than for €5/10 but there are better houses

Owner very friendly and helpful. They helped me book an appointment for the dentist. They even drove me there and waited for me to be done.

I used it for a family trip during Golden Week.I also used a nearby coin parking lot and a public bath, and it was very comfortable. It was my first time staying at a guest house, and I was glad that it was new, clean, and reasonably priced.

If I could I would give it more stars. Impeccable rooms; Common space, shared bathroom and showers impeccable, everything seems new. The owners don't speak English, but they communicate with the translator anyway and explain everything to you. The owners (both she and him) welcome you very warmly and kindly, I really felt at home. The location, for me at least was excellent, it may be a little far from Nara station but it is close to popular attractions. Just as an anecdote, one day I had to go to the laundromat and the owners offered me a ride, they were actually very kind. I hope that if one day I return to Nara, I can return to this Guesthouse

The room and facilities are clean and cozy. They provide free tea and coffee for breakfast, they even have coffee machines. The owner is really nice. She is Korean. She even gave us nori as a gift. I felt so bad made her waiting for us to check in until late night. I hope I can comeback again someday. Have a nice day everyone ✨

The boss and his wife were super nice. We just asked how to get to the coin-operated laundry and they drove us there directly. It was a super attentive service. The room is comfortable and the public space is very good. It is located in the beautiful Nara Town. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable, the service is also good, highly recommended! The small disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not very good. You need to step lightly on the wooden floor, otherwise the sound will be quite loud.It should be noted that the shower room is closed after 10 o'clock at night (perhaps for fear of disturbing other passengers)In addition, it is about 1 km away from Kintetsu
