The intention to take a break with Paksu actually made me feel bored.1. Moved rooms 3 times but nothing was right.2. The AC has an error, once it's correct it's not cold.3. The room smells so bad it makes you dizzy.4. The sheets and pillowcases smell of cigarettes, asked to change to a new one but it smelled musty.5. Gloomy lighting.6. TV doesn't work.7. Thin pillows and hard mattresses.Don't come here, the prices are not comparable to the quality. Just makes you emotional.

I'm tired of wanting to rest, I've booked on Agoda and paid via OVO, when I want to check in I'm asked to pay again, almost 2x the price on the application, with the excuse that I don't accept payment from the application....Ajg

Don't ever come here, I swear my money is still stuck here because I ordered via the application, until then I couldn't check in and had to pay again at the normal price, if you order here you will really regret it.

Bad facilities, not in accordance with the application. Severely disappointed that the price of the application didn't match, after arriving I was charged again for the shortage for reasons that didn't make sense. The photos don't match either

I bought a voucher to stay overnight on the non-OYO hotel application at a promo price, when I was going to stay I was informed by the receptionist that the promo could not be used and I was asked to pay back. When I asked why, he explained that there was an error in the OYO system, and according to the receptionist, OYO issued a statement for the difference paid by the customer. Honestly, I was disappointed because I was not an OYO customer but had to bear the error in the OYO system and the receptionist asked me to coordinate with OYO. Even though I am a customer of another application and I have nothing to do with the cooperation agreement between the accommodation and OYO.Please OYO re-evaluate its accommodation and not harm other customers, especially those like me, it has nothing to do with the agreement between the two of you.
