Perhaps because I made the reservation quite early, I was able to stay at a very low price, and the rooms were clean. It was small, but that's to be expected since it's about the same size as a normal business hotel. It's so narrow that you can't walk if you spread out your trunk case on the floor.I'm satisfied.

I stayed in a twin bed room.・10 minutes walk from Hankyu Omiya Station (with plenty of time)・Bus stops for Kawaramachi and Kyoto Station are right in front of you.・Sebuile is right in front of you. Important.・The free curry is extremely delicious.・Small but has a large bath・Good customer service from the front desk・The room is clean with separate bath (shower) and toilet.・Big TV・Wide desk・The bed is extremely comfortable. Made by Serta.・There is space to spread out suitcases for two people. At this low price, I think this is a very cost-effective hotel.

2024.8.24 A hotel located right from the Horikawa Sanjo bus stop. There are okonomiyaki restaurants, convenience stores, and Kyoto Sanjo shopping street within walking distance. When I called to inform them that my check-in would be delayed, the response from the person who answered the phone was a little off. I called and told them I would be late, but they didn't say anything. I was asked my name twice. . . It's my fault for being late, but I wish I had been a little more conciliatory and told them to be careful. At the time I made this phone call, I didn't have a very good impression of the hotel. Also, there was no information about the free curry at check-in, so I didn't even know if it was something I could eat (it was written in the plan, and if it was gone again, I'd like them to say it's closed for today). The room is small, but it has been thoroughly cleaned. The room also has a shower room. The toilet was also spacious (I thought this type of shower room was better than a unit bath) There was free Wi-Fi, and the connection speed was good. There is a large public bath on the first floor (women will receive a password at check-in).There are three showers in the large bath. You can relieve the fatigue of the day in the spacious bathtub. There was coffee service in the evening. Lounge? It's located in the lobby, but just after taking a bath, a group of guests started having a sake party there, and the seats were occupied (I'm also a paying guest, but the group told me it was a nuisance, so I was disappointed). Loud and noisy. I couldn't even get coffee while waiting for my companion after taking a relaxing bath. Since it was in front of the front desk, I wish the front desk staff would have been more careful about being quiet.

I stayed here on the first day of the Obon holidays.Since it opened in 2019, the facilities and equipment such as rooms were still new, and the accommodation costs were cheap. The front desk's response was average, but the hotel had plenty of amenities such as toothbrushes and shavers, which was helpful. Also, the curry that you can eat on the first floor from 18:00 to 20:00 is delicious and is free of charge. What I was dissatisfied with was that there were no affiliated parking lots, and when I asked questions about parking at the front desk, the response was, ``We'll look for a nearby parking lot and have you park there.''In the end, I was able to park at a coin-operated parking lot about a 3-minute walk from the hotel for a total of 1,300 yen (maximum charge of 1,000 yen until 24:00 and 300 yen from 0:00 to 8:00), but for the first time, it was a narrow one-way street. I think it's a problem because there are many places with floor plans that are difficult to park because there are only roads. If you are traveling by car, it is better to check in early in case the place is full.

Pretty good for a week-long stay.Pros : The staff is professional, you have public bath at the ground floor + a lot of amenities next to the reception (toothbrushes, bathrobes...). The bathroom is also well designed, being both optimised and comfortable.Cons : Small variations between breakfasts, and the horrible heat when you go in your room (in summer, ofc).
