As for Horison's standards, it hasn't met expectations as its good name suggests. The outdoor setting is beautiful & well maintained. The officer service is very good. But the condition of the rooms is still like budget hotel standards. There were so many mosquitoes that the first night it was hard to sleep, the next day after buying mosquito repellent I was able to sleep. It really feels like a hotel room that was simply reconditioned. The sheets had lots of stains & when I checked in I found hair next to the pillow. The towels are thin, the color is very dirty & the fibers are rough on the skin. The glass in the room was very dirty, maybe it had been used by a previous visitor and had just turned it over on the plate & the room staff hadn't checked it. There are orange seeds on the floor of the room. Then when I first took a shower, a small centipede came out from between the ceramics & the room on the top floor actually had a cockroach coming out of the drain. Hopefully this input can be a better improvement for this hotel in the future.

When do you really want to come here again, a comfortable, cool place.....really perfect for refreshing the mind.What I like most here is sitting with a view of the rice fields...it makes the mind feel calmer.Hopefully we can come back to this place again soon, thank you also for the excellent service, Ka...I like it❤️

The place makes you feel at home and comfortable, close to the rice fields, in the morning you are greeted with birds chirping & a natural breeze from nature, making you feel more at home & relaxed, the rooms are also clean, comfortable, the facilities are also complete, the security is okay, the design of each building is really cool , mainly residents of Lebak/outside Lebak, if you want to find accommodation, I recommend Hotel Horison Rahaya Resort Banten 😍🥰✨️❤️🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service is slow, ordered toast is already cold like ice which doesn't taste good, the TV really can't be used at all, the room is not clean, the bathroom is slippery, the glass is broken, lots of mosquitoes, the wallpaper is peeling off, the refrigerator is dirty from previous guests. cleaned. The least accommodation during the experience.

The hotel is rotten, they say there is hot water for bathing, it's actually not hot, the TV is said to have channels, actually it doesn't work, the room is dirty, the bathroom is slippery with broken glass, the room has lots of mosquitoes, the food ordered takes a long time, it arrives already cold and not tasty. The service is not very good at a price of more than 600, the quality is very bad.

Went on holiday with family yesterday, the location is right on the side of the road.We got a family room, we didn't expect the room to be so good & there was a mezzanine with 1 main bed, 2 children's beds, & 1 more on the mezzanine.The fried rice is delicious, the restaurant & coffee is open until 10 pm.The swimming pool is standard, for children to swim.Good wifi, the only thing lacking is a water heater, it seems the capacity is too small to accommodate the existing rooms.
