First visit as part of a trip to Kyoto.A hotel located in a quiet residential area on the west side of the Kyoto Imperial Palace.Conveniently, a shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from Karasuma Oike Subway Station to the hotel. From the front entrance, there is a lobby with an outstanding open feel. The lounge in the center is bright with natural light shining in from above. This time's room is a two-room type with a bath space between the living space called en and the bed space. It was spacious at 42 square meters and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. The next day, we had breakfast porridge at Hotaru on the first floor of the hotel.I was told that I could have refills of the porridge and miso soup, but there were so many options that I was full and satisfied in the morning. The response of employees,With courteous and hospitable service,Overall, I was very satisfied.I will visit you again when I go to Kyoto.Thank you for your wonderful time.

My star max is 4. I used it for lunch. The timing was good and everything was delicious. The point of my evaluation is, of course, the deliciousness of the food, but I also place emphasis on the behavior of the staff. This is a hotel where you want to not only dine but also stay. Thank you for your time.
