1. The room is quite comfortable even though the AC is old school but cold.2. TV and refrigerator like displays (cannot be used)3. At night the outside lights are a bit dim, giving the impression of horror.4. The bathroom water is very bad. It tastes bitter like bitter melon boiled water and makes the soap unable to foam because when the water hits the body for some reason it suddenly dries up.5. The location is very strategic because it is next to Alfamidi (in which there are Mandiri, BCA and BSI ATMs) and across the road there is a BRI ATM.

Pliss, I'm really disappointed in Kiran, it's nice, but it's not bad, the view is cool, but what makes you WOOF is (THE SWIMMING POOL) IT'S DIRTY, FOR GOD'S SAKE, THERE'S A LOT OF MOSS FROM EDGE TO END, plus the water is salty :( It's best to clean it with a brush so there's no more moss A few suggestions so that visitors are also comfortable on holiday there😔🙏

The location is strategic, it's the only strong point.The room smells like stale tobacco, the plumbing is rusty and dirty, and worst of all, I woke up with tons of bites from, I think, bed bugs!!Do not go.Especially for the price...

This is the second time the children and I have spent the night here, because we want to go to Merak Kecil Island and are looking for accommodation close by, an old school ferry hotel with a large bedroom, a bathroom with salt water and a small running shower/faucet, very minimalist breakfast

Stayed here because I was too late to reach Merak, the location is really close to Merak Harbor, next to a minimarket, very strategic. It looks like this hotel used to be good, the building was big, the rooms were spacious, the facilities were complete, there was a swimming pool too. At night it doesn't look too unkempt, but in the morning it looks very unkempt. Ordering room 2 had all the errors, the first room the AC was hot, not cold at all. Dirty bathroom. Only the main light is on. The bedroom lights and mirror lights are off. In the second room, the bathroom is clogged and doesn't drain, the water from the sewer sometimes rises into the bathroom, so the smell is terrible, made worse by the lack of a mat in front of the bathroom. The toilet flush doesn't work. Breakfast is just boiled eggs and toast.

friendly staff and good service, the hotel location is near the Merak Kecil crossing and also near minimarkets, places to eat and so on. As for the room, it's spacious and has a refrigerator + + + but the floor feels sticky and dusty.

Thank God, when I came here, the service was friendly. It does feel like an old hotel, the rooms are decent even though the floors are dusty. The bathroom also looks worn out from the door, the shower toilet is small. But there are towels and soap etc. The breakfast is delicious. It's worth it according to the price. Suitable for young people who just want to transit overnight in Merak. Oh yes, the water is brackish. So wash your face with mineral water🤣Didn't get drinking water in the room

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO ORDER THIS HOTEL, READ IT FIRSTI wanted to check in for almost an hour, waiting for the guard somewhere + taking a long time to serve himthe hotel is quite old, the lift is not active, the swimming pool is really not good, the taste is salty, saltier than the beach water + really dirty and the swimming pool is rented to the public other than visitors... the view is good , BUT I CHEKIN 2 PEOPLE, AND GET BREAKFAST WHY JUST FOR 1 PERSON

This hotel looks like an old hotel, maybe it was once in its glory days because the lift facilities can't be accessed so you have to climb the stairs manually, the toilet is also a bit problematic, the water tastes and smells, the AC is cold, the water heater is still ok, maybe there should be an update to the building and facilities because the price of around 270 or 300 is not sufficient, if the facilities were ok and the building was clean it would definitely be very busy
