Hotel was ok for the price but much smaller than it appears on most of the pictures on booking sites. Reception was unstaffed most of the time and each time we had to enter the building through a pass code. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. However, room was nice and clean. Location was convenient with a supermarket and bus station in close proximity.

Came to Kyoto for the first time and was looking for a family room with comfortable space and an affordable price. Until I found this place, I really liked it. As you wantThe rooms are very large for accommodations in Japan. There is a common area with a table, cushions, a large TV approximately 65 inches, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove, a sink, a hot water kettle, a hair dryer, and a mattress laid out. Next to this is another room that is a bedroom. There are two 3.5 foot beds, one pillow on each bed. The mattress is not soft and a bit hard. And there was a small balcony with a small table. Sit and feel the breeze (if you go in the winter, you'll probably use it. But I went in the summer and couldn't handle the heat😅 ) The important thing is that the air conditioner is very cool. (Before worrying about this) with a total of 2 air conditioners.The service here is very impressive. The people are neat and the service is very good. We checked in and were brought up to our room and did a great job explaining things. And the second impression is Cleanliness of the room That is, it is very clean and flawless. The big room, small room, bathroom, everything is perfectly clean, no stains, no stains. Very clean. The bathroom has no black stains, no mold, the bathtub is smooth. Other equipment and room condition are very new. Everything looks good. Really impressive and wow. At night, the surrounding environment is very quiet. There are no sounds of cars, people, or shops. You can't sleep comfortably 👍👍👍The location is good. In the hotel area there is a supermarket opposite, 7/11 next to the supermarket, and a very large Starbuck's store a little away. And there are a few restaurants, including McDonald's, at the next intersection.

The cost performance is the best. It's very clean and the facilities are detailed.☆Multi charger, hair dryer, bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush, etc. available.We have tea, pots, IH cooking heaters, and tableware. (Dish detergent and sponges are not available, so if you are staying for a few days, you may want to inquire at the front desk. I don't know because I didn't use the dishes.)There's a supermarket right in front of the house, so you can make simple meals, and there's also a Starbucks and a convenience store next door, so it's very convenient.The entrance to the hotel on the main street is password-operated, and rooms are automatically locked. The surrounding area was very quiet.Paid coin laundry available.The check-in service is good and it's a pleasant stay.There is a bus stop right near the hotel. City buses 202 and 205 will take you to Kyoto Station in about 17 minutes for ¥230.A Hong Kong cafe has opened under the hotel. The people at the store have a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 20:00, so you can have a quick meal or relax. Closed on Wednesday

the location is quite far from the station but the hotel very nice, can take city bus though it easier to move around with it.theres super market and connivence store around! and also nice cafe

Enjoyed our stay in Sekia Wagaya hotel!Staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms are spacious and clean. Complete with toiletries, yukata, and towels.Just beside Nishioji-Hanayacho bus stop, you can take buses like 202 and 205 to go tourist spots, and 13 to go to Saiin station. And the opposite bus stop, you can go to Kyoto station.It is opposite Central Square grocery!Walking distance to a big Starbucks and Ogawa Coffee main shop.Will definitely be back!Thank you very much, Aya-san, Rie-san, and Yamada-san. see you.Karen (╹◡╹)♡

The only small regret is that there are no seasonings, which is not suitable for complicated dishes.Opposite are supermarkets and supermarketsThere is a bus stop at the door of the accommodation, which is convenient for transportation.
