The apartment is very nicely and comfortably furnished. Everything you need is there. The very friendly host Rachel also provided everything for a delicious breakfast. We received very good tips for excursions and restaurants. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Many thanks again to Rachel, also for the taxi to the train station

Beautiful place hidden away among Imakumano’s traditonal houses, easily the best place we stayed at in entire Japan. We had booked this place seeing the high ratings, it turned out better than expectations!Duplex with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a dining, kitchen and breakfast area on the first floor. Small Japanese garden where you can sit and daydream.Thank you Rachel for hosting us, it was the highlight of our Kyoto trip.

We loved this place. The traditional-style accommodations are charming and have a ton of sophisticated amenities (like a soaking tub, automatic washer and dryer, etc). The location is a bit off the beaten path, but that’s part of the charm. It makes the experience more authentic and you really get to know Kyoto outside of the tourist areas. Plus, there are some great tiny restaurants nearby. Most importantly, Rachel and her staff went absolutely above and beyond to give us a memorable stay. We had a baby in tow and they provided baby food, changing accessories, toys, a baby bed, a high chair and more. This made our lives soooo much easier! She was always available to help with local tips, a taxi order, etc. We cannot recommend this spot more highly, especially for families visiting Kyoto!

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. It was a sudden reservation for the evening of the same day, but they kindly accepted it.It was really helpful because I was traveling with a pet.The design of the room was nice and it was very clean, so my husband and I, who tend to be a bit particular about cleanliness, were able to spend a comfortable time there. There are so many amenities that I have never seen before! There were more than enough towels, eye masks and insect repellent spray, lots of sweets, and bread (probably for breakfast)...The prices were reasonable, and they were so thoughtful that I would have hesitated. Thanks to you, I had some wonderful memories and have become a fan of this place. We would like to take care of you again when you come to Kyoto.Thank you very much to the owner and staff for your warm hospitality!

This time I stayed with my family. At the moment, reservations can only be made through the official website and Booking, but I feel very lucky to have found it.If I come to Kyoto this time, I will definitely use it again.
