The manager is great! With her very cute little dog! Lots of good advice on the surrounding area! The house is really very typical in a neighborhood that is even more so. The expression “the walls are made of paper” takes on its full meaning in these places! Better have earplugs!

The receptionist is polite and can communicate in Mandarin. The old lady and her puppy are extremely hospitable.Overall heartwarmingThe room I booked this time has a view of the garden, and the environment is nice. Please note that guests need to share toilets and bathrooms, but guests must respect each other and be courteous. The hotel is located near the bus station Higashiyama Anami Station, but about ten minutes' walk from Keihan Tram Station. Will stay here again next time I come to Kyoto
