This is for people who are not good at customer service. It survives only because of its location. This will be very unpleasant, so please be careful. Before the store opens, the store staff sprinkles water on the area, and when he is in the area he wants to sprinkle water on, he asks, ``Can I splash water on you?''It can't be good. These are people steeped in sarcasm.

This store is located in a location where you can enjoy seasonal food just a few hours from the city. Kibune in the summer is great, but you should also try Kibune in the winter.

When I checked to see if I could enter the restaurant alone, I was asked if it would take 30 minutes for the food to be served.Even though I told him it was okay, he kept smiling and asking me if it was really okay, so I left, thinking that he meant I shouldn't come in alone.I had a great time visiting the shrine, but the old lady clerk ruined it for me.

This is my personal opinion. This is not a food review. Although I was a little skeptical about the low reviews, I made a reservation and went because it was the only place where I could get a matsutake course even in November.(Response at time of reservation)Telephone support was fine and not unfriendly. The directions to the parking lot were thorough and highly rated.(Welcome)When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly proprietress, and the restaurant's layout was wonderful, and I was excited about the food I was about to receive.(seating)We were treated to warm green tea and sweets.(cooking)From here, things happen one after another that make you want to shake your head and say, "Hmm." First of all, the order is not a lunch set meal such as 3000 yen.I'm ordering a course for 13,200 yen. Here's what I thought briefly.(I will omit the explanation since there is no menu)Even if there is no menu, it doesn't matter as long as there is an explanation of the dishes. Speak quickly as if you're going to listen first and then deal with it.I was even more wrong. Furthermore, since there is a pregnant woman at the time of the reservation, there is a parade of creatures that are included in the reservations and the accompanying items that we inform them that we do not allow living things. It seemed like a hassle, so I decided to change it to something different. There was no drink menu, and they didn't explain if we could add more, or if they would bring water, so I asked them.If customer service is a hassle, wouldn't it be better to have a menu list? If you are going to add tax support, you have certain expectations. However, I could hear the voice of the person serving other guests who were taken to the back parlor, but the person on the other side was provided with good service without any issues. You'll feel like you've won the lottery, and then ask someone else to handle it.(The food came too late)Although I felt better after that,Food comes slow. He doesn't even come to check on me.Overall, I was able to recover afterward, but it was done at my request, and I didn't really want an apology; I just wanted to feel comfortable and eat and drink for the money I paid for.And is this a service at a tourist spot?I'm from Kyoto, but I'm sure anyone from other prefectures who came to enjoy Kawadoko would feel disappointed.

I've been going to Kawadoko in Kyoto every year for the past 10 years. There is a store that I go to every year, but this time I went to a different store.I wanted to go and made a reservation. For the time being, the cooking pace was too fast, and I couldn't take it slow because I felt like I had to eat quickly and leave early. We were still able to enjoy the Kawadoko, so it was nice, but when we tried to pull out of the parking lot, the owner of the car that was parallel parked in front of our car went out for a walk without leaving the keys. I can't move! First of all, I was surprised. At first I thought it would be right away, but in the end I couldn't get my car out for more than 30 minutes. At this store, you have to leave your car keys at the store when you park your car, but it seems that the owner of the car parked in front of us left without leaving the car.At the stores I usually go to, there is a staff member waiting in the parking lot, so I leave my car keys with me when I leave, but this store has a system where you have to bring your car keys to the store and leave them there. There is a problem with this. It's a few dozen meters from the parking lot to the store, so I'm sure there will be people who forget to leave their luggage. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes without being able to get out of the car, and even though I had another appointment, I felt terrible. I'm not going there anymore.

Kawadoko is the best🌟Kyoto on a very hot day at 34 degrees in the last days of the summer💦The river bed is 🎐 cool and heavenly this time of year!!I had a delicious Kaiseki meal 🥢 (approximately 10,000 yen including tax) for lunch, and the 🍻 also matched well with the Kawadoko and was delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the swaying of the round lanterns creates a cool breeze that looks like a painting ✨I want to go every year 🤗Mr. Kiraku gave each couple a souvenir of a wooden fan.Thank you ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
