This is just a room with no refrigerator, TV or air conditioning. The homepage says it has a balcony view, but the view is overlooking a shack. You can donate blood to mosquitoes at night, and guests have to buy water. If you want to drink cold water, you have to go to the communal refrigerator on the first floor. It happens. You have to change the towel and the location is in a dark corner of an alley, so even if you call a taxi, you have to walk from the alley to the street. As bad as it is, you pay for 4 nights and check out after 3 nights. A place you should never go again

Not all the rooms have AC so be careful about that when you book so you are not surprised. I read some of the reviews beforehand so was not expecting much but the location felt very inconvenient to me. You can take a boat taxi from the pier but that stops running around 6:30/7 so then you’ll be stuck taking Grab or Bolt to get back because it’s super far from the metro.Bed is very hard. The WiFi was really bad and at one point my outlets were not working- I left the room and came back and it was resolved luckily.Staff was nice but I would not recommend based on location and internet issues. May be helpful for hotel to have a transport guide to know how to get around.

I am not into partying, just stayed in this area for the convenience of the location and good price. staff was kind and helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean for what initially looked like a shady motel (I mean, just being honest) and personally for me this alone makes it an incredible value. I even had a couple guests over, and didn’t hear any complaints. I will say, the bed is hard. But that’s most beds in Thailand. I think it makes them easier to clean. The pillows were premium quality and made up for it. I slept really well. rooms are super basic, But I had everything that I needed. Bathroom had a shelf to put stuff on, room had a couple tables, a chair, and even a desk to work on. The only complaint I really have about this place is that the Wi-Fi is not great. But, it was a good reason to get out of the house and there are some nice cafés around the area if you look.

Beds are softer in jail and they could supply proper blankets. But apart from that it's okay.. there is a big stain on my bedding which i wasn't overly impressed with. But cheap and quiet.

Was ok for Bangkok. It is a quiet area easy walking distance to the river and the more noisy touristy areas. The place was clean and reasonably priced for a short stay. Nothing fancy just small rooms with no view. Everything worked.

For the price, it's just fine. Good area, fan worked well. Bring your own amenities (no soap or shampoo) and be mindful that wifi is spotty (so not the best for digital nomads.) Nice staff.

I've been coming to this house for a few years except for the pandemic and it's still the same, I mean it's very comfortable to be there, but it already needs more than a facelift. I recommend it for its quietness and location, fair quality and price. Simple rooms

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and I can say that everything was almost perfect ! I've been Receptionist during 9 years in France and I can confirm that the young lady at reception is a great professional. She tries to help as much as possible and she's really welcoming. I would recommand this place for sure. Only one idea for the future : perhaps add a microwave oven in the commun area. Best regards.

Super well-kept unpretentious guest house, in a quiet and very pleasant area but close to the historic center and the liveliness of Khao San. The rooms are large and clean, coffee and tea is available all day and the atmosphere is calm.The prices are very reasonable: 750 baths for a double with air conditioning, 550 baths with fan and cheaper prices if you are a solo traveler.

5 minutes walk from KhaosanLocated in a quiet area, the guests are mostly mature and relaxed. It's close to a park, so it's the perfect place to relax. It's clean and the woman at the reception is polite and kind.

That’s practical my home in Thailand :) I have come to the same place every year since it has opened and I couldn’t find any better. The rooms are clean and cosy comfy and with balcony which is perfect to sit outside or dry cloth. I used to really live in my room and rented it long term. I love the area. Very much Thai but also quiet and green. Park and River (Chao phraya) are within few minutes walk. Bonita house is located in the old town and artist area. Pretty much close to everything what is beautiful. I highly recommend. Friendly staff...nice Owner...very good price. <3
