This was the perfect hotel for us. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are high tech but the explanations of the different controls in the room guide make sense of it. This small hotel has a contemporary design and a nice lounge area where we ate a meal and played cards. The laundry facilities were perfect, and we appreciated that the laundry detergent is automatically dispensed, so we didn’t need to bring or buy it.

This hotel had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet. Great bathroom. On-site laundry, friendly service, great location. Mattresses were too firm for us and like most city hotels in Japan, space was tight but overall great hotel for the price.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, which still has a lot to offer. There is a stream, nice shops and museums and the Gion district very close. It is also very well connected by subway and bus.The service was always friendly and helpful. We were able to wash and have a good rest. The room was also very satisfactory. In general I can only highly recommend the hotel.

Great location, nice staff. The room was good and the air condition was lovely when you been out and about all day. We also used the washing machine and dryer (need to pay for it) and both together only took about 1,5 hours to finish. There is also a dryer function in the bathroom that helped dry some of the cloths.
