Stayed one night. Dinner was incredible. The chef accommodated a vegan diet with flying colors. Fantastic breakfast too. Room was fine and the location is stunning.

With the perfect snowy scenery and the warm customer service, time passed quietly and I felt so relaxed that I stayed here for a long time. I am grateful to Mikio-san and Master for their courteous and business-like response. I would like to thank Kerie Sanso for providing me and my wife with an unforgettable time of healing. Of course, the food, alcohol, and coffee are delicious. Tada Sometimes the bath was slippery. Lol lol! I definitely want to go again.

I stayed here on a business trip. I stayed overnight without meals, but the warm atmosphere of the log house was very comfortable. I was also very grateful that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day. The coffee I drank at breakfast and the music I listened to will remain in my memory forever, and I want to go again.I also really enjoyed talking with the manager.

It was closed due to the loss of its famous proprietress, but it has been revived. All rooms have Western-style beds, but the mats are very soft, which is a shame. In winter, the air conditioner is turned on at full blast and the floor is cold, making it difficult to warm up.The bath is very nice. The food is Western and the food is good. There's also a fair selection of wine.Master's poop is a little long. Sweat! The only place in the Ichirino area that allows pets.

Stayed on a Friday in late November, solo travelerIt wasn't snowing yet, and the road leading to the hotel was in good condition. In a place rich in nature, we were lucky enough to encounter wild animals. 🐒🐒🐒Although the room I was shown to was a single, it was a good size. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. It is a very calming room with beautiful wood grain and tasteful interior colors. Also, there were power outlets everywhere in the room, so I brought an extension cord, but I didn't need it.There is no TV in the room, but I never felt the need to casually turn on the TV when I arrived at the hotel, and I was reminded of the benefits of staying without a TV.What I liked was, eh! There? You may be saying that, but it's just a desk and a chair.I always wonder about my position in my room when I travel, but this room feels so comfortable that I can sit comfortably in the chair, just like my room when I was younger.Spread the map on your desk and see what kind of area this is.I wondered what it was, tried to make plans for the next day, and before I knew it, I had been sitting at my desk for an hour.I booked a plan to make essential water from the Japanese herb "Kuromoji".It is a steady process of collecting black letters from a nearby forest and carving and cutting the branches.I spent a peaceful time working in the room with JAZZ playing quietly, enjoying the aroma of Kuromoji. It seems that the snowshoe placed at the entrance is also made from Kuromoji wood.I wonder if there will be a snowshoe hike if it snows? For dinner, we had a French course in the newly built dining room of the new building. All the dishes were carefully prepared and very delicious, but the sautéed Noto pork loin, tarte tatin, and the delicious coffee that the manager, Mr. Adachi, brewed himself, were especially unforgettable.Meals seem to change depending on the season and course.I've written this at length, but I think the big appeal of Kerie Sanso is not only the calm atmosphere and delicious food, but also the friendly conversation and simple personality of the manager, Mr. Adachi. As other people have written, Mr. Kerie Sanso was exactly the person I was glad to meet.
