The bathroom was nice and clean. The genders change depending on the time. I think the food is good for a hotel.

Special orders are listed in the booklet in the room and can be ordered by 6pm. I wanted to order something for the kids but couldn't because I didn't notice. I was very grateful that they brought me fries and sausages on short notice. Also, the private bath was said to be broken, but there was no mention of it anywhere.I should have asked in advance, but it would be helpful if you could explain. The rooms were spacious even in lower grade rooms. I was concerned about the carpet being a little dirty.

During dinner, I was taken to my seat and left there. I could hear voices explaining the food at other seats, but I wasn't there at all and didn't even ask for drink orders. never come again

I stayed there two years ago. The open-air room was spacious and clean. The ceiling of the room was amazing and beautiful. The food was really disappointing. I was surprised that the contents and ingredients were so poor that it was completely different from the photo of the plan I had chosen. We had a disappointing dinner in a small space that looked like a private room separated by plywood. I was also disappointed in the difference from the plan photo. One bottle of wine that came with the plan did not come out, but when I informed them at the time of payment the next day, it was given to me. Only the food was really disappointing.I was shocked to see a dirty pot placed at breakfast. I understand that you value things, but I didn't want to touch them. The parking lot attendant and front desk staff were kind.

The first thing I noticed was the thoughtfulness and how every corner of the inn was decorated. There is something like a scented bag in the elevator, and I felt that they are making an effort to provide a place where you can truly relax. The view of the room with an open-air bath that we stayed in this time was a view of the city, and although we could not see the rich nature, it still had a feeling of openness. The room itself was clean and well-made, and there were plenty of amenities. The hot springs are open to both men and women depending on the time of day, and both baths were good. Also, the open-air bath was warm and comfortable. The food was extremely delicious. It had such a gentle Japanese flavor that I forgot to take a photo while eating it.Breakfast was also a beautiful Japanese meal that looked great. I completely forgot to take a photo 😭It was a nice inn where you could relax and enjoy the service.Thank you very much for the wonderful time😊

Dinner is the best except for tempura. The breakfast tempura had a thick coating and was not crispy, and although it looked good, the taste was average. I think the cost performance is good.
