Everything is very good. The service is very good. The auntie makes the room very clean and kind. The inside may look old and smell musty. But it's not a musty smell. For us, it's called "original". The food is very delicious, both dinner and breakfast. There's nothing attached to it. The onsen is good, both in private rooms and in the shared bath. Overall, it's very good. We have children too. There is also food for our children.

Two couples stayed in a deluxe Japanese-Western style room (there is a semi-open-air hot spring bath in the room). The good and bad points are as follows.good points)・Hot springs are fed directly from the source without any disinfectant odor・Dinner is cost-effective and delicious (Japanese beef steak is tender)・The staff is kind and the lady is wonderful.・There is a bathrobe in the room・The sauna and cold bath in the large public bath are new and spacious and easy to use. The open-air bath is also very atmospheric.Bad points)・The common space is old and has a musty smell.・The yukata in the room smells a little musty and sweaty.・TV in the room is small・There are no slippers in the room・Breakfast lacks side dishes💧・Mold can be seen in some places・Wifi in the room is weak・Towels are limited and not available as much as you like.・Bed is a little hard・Cleaning is not good overall

The view was so good that you could see the Great Buddha at Kaga Onsen Station from the room, and you could also see the fireworks over Shibayamagata at night. Dinner was brightly colored and visually pleasing, and I ended up eating too much at breakfast because of the side dishes that went along with the rice. The people who served the meals were kind and the meal was pleasant. The room made a creaking noise when we walked a little, but it was more than enough space for a family of five, and the hot springs happened to be open at the same time, so we were able to relax and soak in them, and the whole family was very satisfied.
