Beniya Mukayuu1 Michelin Key & Relais & Châteaux awarded80% of guests are foreignersOn this trip, a new Michelin key hotel was announced for 2024.We were indebted to two Michelin-starred restaurants.6 3 Michelin hotels, 17 2 Michelin hotels, 85 1 Michelin hotelswas selected``Beniya Mukayu'' has works on display at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. There were three libraries, and there was also space that could be used freely for meetings and a tea room.It was also nice to walk around the garden.dinner:Scored on Tabelog: 2.6We ate our meals in a pitch-black hall with tables and chairs lined up, with no partition between the two.(I took this photo with a bright lens, so you can see the placement)I was looking forward to seeing Kanazawa's markets and sushi restaurants on TV travel programs, and I had seen every reporter commenting on how cheap and delicious it was, so I had high hopes for it.In addition to course mealsI received additional sushi.I'm sorry, but the sashimi and sushi I usually get at sushi restaurants in Tokyo were better."Gas shrimp"I thought that the "botan shrimp" I got at a sushi restaurant was sweeter, richer and more delicious."hairy crab"This one is from Kanazawa. I have never eaten Kanazawa-produced sushi at a sushi restaurant, so this was my first time. The taste was lighter than that from Hokkaido and less sweet."Charcoal grilled sweet sea bream scales"It was so dry that I stopped after one bite."Noto beef"It had a lot of sweet fat and was delicious."Rice bowl of conger eel"Coincidentally, I also ended up eating it at Araya Tojunan, which I would be serving the next day, so I was able to compare the food at two Michelin-starred hotels. The taste of ``Conger Conger Bowl'' was overwhelmingly delicious and the taste of the soup stock was very strong."Wedding Anniversary Plate"For some reason, two were prepared.(There was no candle)breakfast:Scored on Tabelog: 2.8There was a choice between Western food and Japanese food, so I chose each.It was very normalAll the fruits were less sweet than what I usually eat (-0.2)“Beniya Mukayu” isThe room was wonderful, you could take a walk in the garden, the quality of the hot spring in the room was good, and you could enjoy the 21st Century Museum of Art works, so it was the perfect accommodation for your stay.It was an inn that I would like to return to again with a no-meal plan.
