Stay at a great deal with a plan that allows you to use travel discounts during Rakuten Travel's sale period.Noto Island and the beautiful sea right in front of you! The location is great. The appearance of the sea changes every hour.You can enjoy free drinks in the lounge while relaxingly looking at the sea and Noto Island.The rooms are spacious and clean.All rooms had a cypress open-air bath, and the hot water was nice and hot. Press the switch to heat the water. Of course, you can dilute it with water or add hot water. It feels great.There is a pillow corner on each floor where you can choose your favorite pillow. It is a system where you can choose only the amenities you need and only the yukata you want to wear.The food was delicious, and the courses used local produce and fish, making it a satisfying meal with a seasonal feel. You can choose your favorite items for some dishes. We had a relaxing meal at a seat with a nice view.I get the impression that the young employees are also working hard.I felt that the hotel's idea of having meals changed twice (although there are early and late meals depending on the time) was a good idea. The public bath wasn't crowded in the mornings and evenings, probably because there was a bath in the room, and I didn't feel crowded while eating.If you're looking for a high-class hot spring hotel with veteran Nakai staff, we recommend Kagaya next door. Some people have commented that they can hear other guests talking in the open-air bath in the guest room, but there is a solid partition so you can't hear what other guests are saying. I think it's okay.I really liked Kaishu♪If you think of it as a combination of the best aspects of a city hotel and a ryokan, it is a very comfortable inn. I didn't feel any advantage or disadvantage in terms of check-in and check-out times. The customer service was very polite. This is something you can't really understand until you actually stay there. Stayed here in September 2023, before the Noto Peninsula earthquake. It was a wonderful room with a panoramic view of Nanao Bay from the balcony with an open-air bath. When I revisited the hotel in August 2014 after the earthquake, construction work had begun on the exterior walls, so I was hopeful that it would be one of the earliest Wakura Onsen large-scale inns to reopen. I'm also looking forward to the early reopening of the adjacent Western confectionery shop "Le Musée de Hsieh."

I stayed with you for two nights a year ago.I wanted to come back again, but unfortunately it has been temporarily closed since the earthquake six months later. We are rooting for the earliest possible recovery.

I used it in the summer of 2023.During dinner, the food was served in two layers,There was no explanation that there was food on the bottom shelf.It's also my fault for not noticingI was immediately turned down by the staff.I noticed this when I looked at the seats nearby.I immediately informed the staff, but of course the food was never returned...There were a lot of staff members who were young and had just finished their training, so I went to the front desk after returning to my room.Just to be safe, I called the person in charge to report the incident.The person who answered the phone was also young.I was told, "I'm sorry. Please let me make up for it tomorrow morning."I was waiting to see if there was any service, but there was nothing.I didn't even receive an apology from the front desk when I left.I was able to go to a luxury inn for my birthday, but I will never go there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.I gave it 2 stars because the bathroom in the room had a nice view.
