Due to Ishikawa Prefecture's travel support, there were no hotels available, so I was hesitant to book this place after reading the reviews...In the end, the hotel lived up to the reviews 😣The room I stayed in had a brand new air conditioner and I was able to set the temperature freely, but as other reviews have said, it is a really old facility.I don't know if they carry out daily maintenance, but the deterioration of the rooms exceeds that, so I think it's better not to choose this hotel for an important trip 😞The most unpleasant thing was that even though I had checked out at 12:00, someone came in at around 10:15 and woke me up.Being a large hotel chain, I felt that the facilities at the Kanazawa store were reaching their limits...

If you want to save money, this is the right place. If you are looking for somewhere clean, you should NOT stay here. I had three rooms here, one of us found a grape on the floor inside the room. I reported it to the front desk but they didn't even check and kept saying we are very sorry. It seems like they've got used to saying that. I thought I was listening recoded message or smth. The bathrooms smelled moldy. I found lint inside the bed sheet. The location is super good, 3 mins from the downtown. The price is super cheap, 50 bucks per person. You get what you pay for.

Dirty, smelly, hot air conditioner not cool at all, bad air, broken clock, broken alarm clock, lots of dust, public bath only accessible after 9pm, bathtub covered in grime, uncleaned floor so slippery you could fall on it, bed. I was injured by a nail sticking out from the side of the bed that was dented.

The location is very good and convenient. Many of the staff members are foreigners, but they speak well and are polite. There is no smoking area in the building. Also, there was a harsh roaring noise coming from the walls of the room I stayed in, which made it difficult to sleep.

The location is good, close to Korinbo and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, but I will never use it again. Buildings and equipment are old. The entire building is air-conditioned, making it difficult to sleep at night. The lighting in the room is insufficient. It's too small to be called a large bath. The public bath is open on a rotating schedule. Women are not allowed to enter the public bath in the morning. It said there were amenities in the room, but they weren't there and I had to go to the first floor to get them. The waste bin in the toilet is just a trash can without a lid, with a transparent plastic bag in it. The flushing sound of the toilet was loud and the walls were so thin that I couldn't sleep soundly. Part of the wallpaper was peeling off, and a towel that someone had left behind was left in the gap between the wall under the window and the bed. Don't you usually notice this when making your bed? Breakfast is not good. Welcome drink (coffee) available. Reception is normal. I doubt whether it's worth the price.
