Omotenashi ExperienceJapanese hospitality is in the level of their. Second to none by a long way.Special mention hotel staff Asmidah is an absolute ⭐! She took excellent care of us.We were served freshly ground macha tea the moment we arrived at the hotel.Asmidah explained to us what the hotel has lined up for us during our stay and arranged for our luggages to be sent to our rooms. We were then taken to the Yukata room, another hotel staff is there to guide us to choose the Yukata with matching belt.Afternoon tea break is the freshly made pancake in the teppanyaki restaurant. There's welcome drinks consisting of cocktail drinks. There's all day free flow coffee / cappuccino / espresso / soft drinks provided. There are two big communal onsens (consisting of outdoor and indoor) for male and female for unlimited use. There three private onsens for reservation of one hour per use free of charge. We choose the half board option so both dinner and breakfast are Japanese kaiseki course meals. Both the meals were just sensational.Geisha performance is after dinner. We were spoilt by the hotel with treat after treat. We didn't have time to leave the hotel to go explore the Yamanaka town.It was a fantastic unforgettable experience!

My friend gave me a hot spring trip as a gift for my birthday, so I visited this inn. When we arrived, we went to a restaurant and had pancakes. The pancakes baked in front of me were very fluffy and delicious. We went with 4 people, and although the room felt a little small, it was well-cleaned and very clean. There was a large public bath and three private baths. The men and women in the public baths change places at night, so if you go to all of them, you can bathe in three places in one day.Dinner was a kaiseki meal at a restaurant and an all-you-can-drink plan. The all-you-can-drink Asahi bottled beer was very cold and delicious. There was a birthday cake service, and they took a photo of me at that time, and it was packaged in a cute case, making it a great memory.I went for a massage in the evening, but the massage rooms were very large and there were probably about 5 different rooms. It's a luxurious space. The breakfast was very luxurious, with a salad bar and sake to wake up to, and the buffet included ingredients that would make you feel energetic in the morning, such as grated yam, turnips, and okra. The employees I passed by were very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The walls are thin anyway.I can tell what people are talking about in the next room or what they're watching on TV.Despite the price, the walls are as thin as a cheap apartment. The open-air bath is always dirty with floating particles. It may be highly rated for its sweets and other soft drinks, but the walls are thin and the neighbors can be noisy, so it's not suitable for people who want to spend a relaxing time. The walls of the affiliated hotel in Tokushima were also quite thin.Kagari Kissho's open-air bath was nice.

I went on a trip to Yamanaka Onsen for the first time.I would like to thank KISSHO Yamanaka for staying with us, and the customer service staff and cleaning staff were all very polite and pleasant. The room was a flower type room with an open-air bath, but the view from the window was good, and the room was spacious and clean.I had a meal at Chihiro, and I was very satisfied with both the taste and the portion size. The staff in charge of the meals were also very polite, explained the dishes in an easy-to-understand manner, and were attentive and had a very pleasant customer service. When I went to look at the shop in the lobby in the evening after checking in, a male staff member greeted me in a friendly manner and even took a commemorative photo with me.The staff at this inn were very responsive and I was able to have a very comfortable and relaxing stay.It was a wonderful inn that I would definitely want to use again and bring my elderly father and mother there as well.I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and gratitude to everyone at Kissho Yamanaka. thank you very much.

Yamanaka Onsen for the first time in several yearsI didn't want to go out this year due to the intense heat. You can check in at this hotel at 2 o'clock. It was an inn I had wanted to go to for a while, so I thought it would be a good fit.Book about 3 days in advance😆There were no vacancies this time, soIt was a room with twin beds. There were quite a few shops in the hot spring town as well. It's a little far away and it's hot.I just checked inRelax as you are guided through the rooms one by one.You can freely get ☕️ and juice in the lobby.Pancake service from 2:30 p.m.It was fluffy and delicious.Colored yukata services are available for both men and women.Private bath available for 50 minutesYou can make reservations at any of the three available locations. This inn offers a variety of services, which I bought in detail in the booklet.♨️ Empty-handed too?Towel: Bath towel providedThis is a nice service♪I had dinner at a restaurant in my room called Benibana.I had the all-you-can-eat tempura option included.Honestly, I was full enough even without adding it 🥹A variety of things came out little by little and it was delicious.Especially grilled blackthroatIt was delicious♪The rice cooked with 🌽 and edamame was also delicious.Breakfast tooLots of side dishes😋Salads and drinks were a buffet. It was a very satisfying stay.If I have a chance, I'll try again when the weather is nicer.I think I want to go there. The Kutani ware cups and tableware were also very nice.It was soothing to watch.

It was really good! The pancake service and dinner food were very delicious✨When I had dinner, I was able to order as many pieces of tempura as I wanted for an additional 950 yen.It came with 5 types of salt, so I was able to enjoy the delicious tempura while adding different kinds of salt 😊 There was also tempura made with vegetables grown nearby, and it was so delicious that I could have eaten as many as I wanted ✨The hotel was a bit expensive and was off the busy season, so the baths were usually empty and it was very comfortable to spend time in. I also thought it was kind of nice to be able to see the current crowd status in the lobby. The yuzu cider I bought that night was also very delicious! There are various free services, such as pudding, fluffy pancakes baked right in front of you, juice, Yamanakabushi performances, private baths, and so much more! The employees were also kind 😊

Stayed in the room ``Hana'' with an open-air bath.Thank you for taking care of us this time for our wedding anniversary trip. The room was very spacious, and the hot spring bath in the room was very satisfying. We had both dinner and breakfast at Chihiro, and I was surprised that even a 5th grade boy who was a picky eater (he couldn't eat any vegetables) could eat the same food as adults! I was very satisfied. The lady who served the food was very nice. This is such a wonderful inn that I would like to stay again soon!thank you very much.

Since I was close by, I decided to stretch my legs a bit and stop by the nostalgic Yamanaka Onsen. The staff at breakfast were so rude that my overall impression of the place worsened. It seemed like a good place to go for a party with a large group, but it was far away.
