I visited you while my bathroom was being renovated.First of all, the good points are that the dining hall is new and clean, and there was a buffet cart, baby food, children's tableware, etc. which was helpful. The rice was also satisfying considering the price. You can choose between tatami and table seats, and I think it's convenient for families with babies. In terms of service, the staff asked me if I wanted to take a photo during the buffet,When my child was scared of the automatic vacuum cleaner and cried a lot and couldn't go near the playland, she noticed and willingly stopped it and brought it back, which was helpful. The person answering the phone at the front desk was also very polite.I was also grateful that I could use Playland even after checking out.I think it's reasonable because the price is cheap, but the rooms are old and small. There was a futon laid out from the beginning, but I was concerned about the dirt and hair on the futon inside. The duvet cover was of the type with a window (no mesh) and I felt it would be dangerous for small children. If you lay out 3 futons and open 2 small suitcases, there will be nowhere to walk lol. There is a system where you can choose indoor wear at the lobby.Since I only wore a yukata, I felt from a mother's perspective that I would be grateful for a jinbei or pants type, considering I would be carrying my child and going to the playground with her.Children had great fun playing in the playland and game center morning and night, and wanted to come back again! That's what he said.I think I will use it again.

I brought my 2 year old child to use it! First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, there is a kids' space, then a kids' space in the back, another kids' space in the back, and a kids' space at the meal venue, so it was really fun to see that there were plenty of facilities for kids to enjoy no matter where you went! Especially since it was attached to the meal venue, adults were able to enjoy their meal leisurely. You can use karaoke and table tennis for free, and there is also a paid game center, so you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel! The inside of the hotel had also been renovated and was very clean. Is the room okay for this price? We were given a large room for the price! However, as others have written, I wanted a trash can for diapers. All the staff are kind and kind, and they wave to the children and even take pictures with them themselves. I felt very comfortable when I heard that. The buffet at the hotel is also very satisfying for the price, and you can enjoy all-you-can-eat sashimi and steak! Especially since it was my first time eating it, the Inarizushi tempura was really delicious. The person who thought of this is truly a genius! ! ! I will definitely use it again! !

This is a perfect hotel for families with children.I think the limit is from toddlers to the lower grades of elementary school. This time we had a different destination, and we chose the accommodation with the sole purpose of letting the kids play.My kids really enjoy it, eat well, and are generally satisfied, but I won't be returning. As others have written, there are problems with cleaning and air conditioning. Even if the facilities are old, there are ways to make them look clean, so I would like them to make an effort. The public bath was originally supposed to have a large glass window that would allow you to see the garden, but the entire window, all the way to the ceiling, was covered with a protective coating so I couldn't see anything. What's more, there was no notice that there was a restriction on the view due to the weather being protected, and the main lights were turned off and it was dimly lit, giving an atmosphere that didn't even resemble the photos on the website.Regarding maintenance and curing, we have no choice but to maintain the facility, so we are not doing anything wrong, but I think the impression will be completely different depending on whether there is guidance or not. It was quite a negative impression. The floor of the bathroom is tatami, which is not a bad thing, but the downside is that the hair gets tangled, so frequent cleaning is a must, but I gave it a 1 star rating. The rooms are mediocre. Necessary and sufficient, not bad or bad.It was a washstand that looked like something you'd find at a home retail store, and you could clearly see that it had been renovated and had its layout changed in various ways, so if you were looking for something out of the ordinary, it wouldn't be possible.I think the reception was generally good.I didn't see much staff, so I think it's a comfortable service environment for people who don't want to be taken care of and want to be left alone.

The exterior had a retro Showa feel, but the inside was well maintained. Almost all of our customers are families with young children and elementary school students. I couldn't get a free time slot for karaoke either. There is a ``Children's Village'' inside the building, and the children were playing with great joy.

This ryokan is very good for families with infants, as it has a great kids' space. Most of the customers are families with children, so it's nice to not have to worry about anything strange.Although the interior has been renovated, the equipment is quite old, and the air conditioning on each floor has been turned off, making it very hot. Unfortunately, there is no open-air bath, only a large public bath (instead, there is a tatami floor). Most of the staff were foreigners, but they were all kind. This inn is recommended for families with children.

Three generations stayed at the Awazu Grand Hotel for families with children. The exterior and rooms feel old. However, the reception staff's response was good. It's aimed at families with children, so everyone is bringing their children with them. It was overflowing with children ranging from infants to elementary school students lol.On rare occasions, there were people who didn't bring their children with them...To be honest, it's certified as a welcome baby accommodation, so you can spend your time without worrying about the people around you bringing their children. I was very concerned about the presence of people who didn't have children with them. Plus, if you don't like children, it's better not to stop. Since this is a welcome baby accommodation, I would like to see diaper bins installed in all rooms. There are only two certified rooms. Even if it's not certified, I'd like them to pay more attention to something other than corner guards on the desk. As it is a fun resort, the food is buffet style, but there were many kinds of food and it was delicious. There was also an ice cream corner for children to enjoy. The steamed pudding for dessert was the best! The meat from the live kitchen was also delicious. There was also Kewpie baby food for infants! I also appreciate that meals are free for infants up to 3 years of age. However, the dining hall was very crowded, so for some reason I ended up queuing up in the sushi lane that I didn't want to eat...and they wouldn't let me get any other dishes. I just don't understand what that means. The other lanes are empty, so please let me go! I wanted to find something on the menu that kids could eat, so I went to pick it up. Nothing is said. Dinner is served on a 1.5 hour rotation system. Breakfast is served on a one-hour rotation basis. The broadcast will be broadcast 30 minutes before the end.The guest room is old...futons have been laid out from the beginning...and it's small. It also removes hair and other debris. However, the air conditioner is new and works well, so it's okay. It's a fun resort, so it's like this! ? There's a reason why it's cheap... Management will change to Oedo Onsen in November 2024, so I wonder what will happen. lolAs I mentioned earlier, there is a kids space where children can play, and there is a hot spring♨️ with tatami flooring, so I guess it's okay.If you have small children, please make sure to reserve a welcome baby room ❗️
