Very unpleasant experience because it does not match the description given. Book a room with a choice of 2 guests, but only provide 1 set of amenities and 1 towel. Even though the prices for 1 guest and 2 guests are different. When asking the Moritz Inn staff, they said they would deliver to the room but there was no FU until evening. After asking a second time, a different staff said there were only 1 amenities and towels, they couldn't provide additional towels. Even when I borrowed a glass, they instead offered a plastic cup which cannot be used for hot water instead of a cup.The facility says there is a kitchen, but it cannot be used because gas is not installed and there are no cooking utensils. There wasn't even a spoon to stir the drink. The wifi signal is unstable which makes it impossible to watch YouTube from the smart TV in the room.Information from staff, breakfast time is until 10:00. We arrived around 09:30, there was only white rice, some vegetables and chicken left. The breakfast was very inadequate. At the same time there were other guests complaining about the same thing.Hopefully there will be improvements.

I saw same comments from months ago regarding same issues CLEARLY NO IMPROVEMENTS:1. Bed size - paid for extra person, but bed size is single with single amenities. this is not clear upon booking. Is providing 2 towels that expensive?2. Poor breakfast- include breakfast but come on, for a cafe standard, a decent coffee ( not a sachet coffee) and bread should be sufficient compare to cold and dry rice with veggies.3. Kitchen with no facilities- compare to other properties in the same tower, you could have done better: water dispenser, cooking and table ware, basic but necessary.In the morning upon breakfast, other guests complain the same issues, you really need to improve!

don't want to stay here, when we ordered a lot of rooms for an office event, we only stayed there overnight to sleep, but then the next day we didn't get the deposit back because it was said to have damaged the facilities, it was really dirty, all the rooms were damaged the same way, it was like they had been broken up, we are not dirty people like that. , why are you plotting, it's like sabotage so that the deposit money won't be returned, don't want to lose money, never mind that there are no tissues and the soap is also empty, the key to get in is complicated, ordering food also takes a long time and isn't friendly. basically it's not 1 star friendly, oh yes when I ordered the room it said it could sleep two, when I saw the bed was single, bjirrr bjirrrrr really tired and want to sleep🥲

the receptionist is not clear. The check-in counter and cafe are mixed. The deposit of 150 thousand was not returned, even though it had been 24 hours from check out time. I kinda regret staying here. the only advantage is that it's close to Aeon Mall
