I come to Kyoto every year to visit graves, and since I come by car, having a parking space is a must.I often choose hotels near the Imperial Palace, as they don't need to be close to the station.I used to use the Gosho Nishi Heian Hotel, but it was a shame that it closed.Therefore, I chose this hotel.This is my second time using it.First of all, the parking lot attendant's guidance is excellent.Other hotels may not even have dedicated staff, which can be confusing.I arrived around 12:00, earlier than the check-in time.They kept my luggage at the front desk.Moreover, when I arrived in the evening, my luggage was carried to my room.It's located in front of Hamaguri Gomon, so for a history buff like me, Basho is bliss (^^).I feel like I always pass through Kyoto Gyoen National Garden whenever I go out.At other hotels, part-time ladies often serve breakfast., I have a good impression of this company because the employees respond promptly.Although the price is reasonable, it is a hotel with good customer service, so it looks like it will become a regular place to stay in the future.

I stayed for one night with two meals included.I think it would be good to stay overnight without meals...The staff are all Japanese.Surprised nowIt was polite customer service.But the food was not goodIt's a waste, butThe customer service and taste are not proportional (lol)The location is perfect too.

Unless Kyoto Gyoen is your destination, this is the worst location for a traveler. I never thought there would be a bus that goes this far nearby. I was expecting a view since it was in front of the park, but it was a view of the KBS building... Since it is an old hotel, there is only a 110 volt outlet.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and they were very delicious.

I used the restaurant for a dinner party. We had a Kaiseki meal, which was prepared by a master craftsman from Kanban Street, and it was very delicious. The service staff were also friendly and we had a good time with each other with just the right amount of distance.

The walls are thin anyway.When I was on the phone inside the room, there was a wall slam from the adjoining room.The content was work-related, and even though it was only for about 10 minutes, the person engaged in such behavior, so I think the barrier between them is very thin.In general, I think you have to tolerate a certain amount of noise in hotels, but sometimes you can hear snoring and talking beyond the tolerable limit.The talking becomes quieter after 1 o'clock, but the snoring can be heard at any time.If you do not have a tolerance for such noise, you may need to take measures such as bringing earplugs.However, if you sleep with earplugs in, you may experience negative effects such as not being able to hear your alarm the next morning, so we strongly recommend staying at a hotel with better soundproofing in the first place.The room was well kept and very clean.I felt that the negative soundproofing performance was so low that it canceled out all the other positive factors.

This is the perfect location if you are aiming for the Kyoto Imperial Palace. After all, it's right across from Hamaguri Gomon. You can see the marks of the balls struck by the Choshu clan.You can also rent bicycles as a service, so you can expand your range of activities!The rooms are average. It was the best time ever. thank you very much.

We had lunch at the hotel. There were a lot of women, and it was a fun place to chat. Lunch was also quite delicious. I felt that the customer service was polite and I would like to visit again. It was scorching hot outside in the middle of summer, but I was able to cool down at this hotel. The location was well thought out as you could see the bamboo forest and rectangular pond through the window, and there were carp swimming around!

It's right in front of the Imperial Palace, between Marutamachi and Imadegawacho stations, and since I used the subway from Kyoto Station, I lived there by walking from Marutamachi. The temperature has risen to the low 30s, and normally it would only take about 10 minutes, so it's not a problem at all, but I started sweating. I realized that being close to the station is important.The hotel itself feels old and does not have a card key, giving it the feel of a luxury hotel from the Showa era. Due to the location of Kyoto, it is quiet and calm, and I think you can feel the good atmosphere even if it does not have the latest equipment.The staff treated me well and everyone made me feel welcome. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western food, but since we stayed for 2 nights, we had both. I think both are delicious, but if you want to experience Kyoto, I think it's Japanese food. I had the impression that Kyoto was bland, but it wasn't as bland as I expected, and had a strong flavor.

Private school mutual aid garden palaces are reasonably priced.Even if the parking lot costs 1,500 yen per night, I personally think the location and quietness are enough. Officials must check out at 1pm.The only disappointing thing is the darkening of the joints in the bathroom.Even though the building has been around for many years, I wish they would clean it up...it would be a waste.I look forward to future improvements.Thank you for your help 🙇♂️

There was no parking available.The sign indicated that there were spaces available, such as blue dots, but when I tried to enter the parking lot, a staff member came out and asked me twice, ``What about today?''Are you staying overnight? It would be fine if he said that, but I felt sorry for him when he said something like, ``What did you come here for?''Moreover, they said, ``It's full and there's no space left,'' which made me wonder if there was any point in asking irrelevant questions such as what they came for.As instructed, I parked my car at a nearby hourly parking lot, and when I returned, a person came and said, ``I have a parking lot reserved,'' and showed me an empty space in front of the entrance.On the reservation screen, it said that reservations were not possible, but that doesn't seem to be the case.Moreover, when I checked in, I was asked, "Do you want to use the parking lot?" and there was no response.I think any place would be able to treat its customers if there were clear rules, but I understand that this is a facility that is being treated in such a discriminatory manner even though there is no such description anywhere.With this kind of response, I got the impression that the facility could not be trusted in everything.There is no problem with the facility itself, but it is an earlier problem.Setting up the room was easy.The door did not close very well.Even at this price, a plastic bottle of water was provided.As you can see in the picture, hair was stuck to the ceiling of the bathroom.It was disgusting.The air from the hair dryer did not get warm.We recommend that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they tend to make your hair stiff.It is not a private facility and I think the level of service is acceptable considering the price.

There is a calm atmosphere with Hamaguri Gomon to the east and Goo Shrine to the south.I used it at an elementary school reunion for the class of 1960. We enjoyed old friendships while cooking and other things.
