There was so much mold in the air conditioner, the room smelled so bad, and the walls were so thin that it was seriously physically impossible.Even though I asked them to change rooms, it didn't change, so I think all the rooms are like this....After checking in for about an hour, I was at my limit, so I checked out.It's a waste of money, but it's better than feeling bad.By the way, even after negotiating, I was 100% unable to get a refund.

I used it to participate in a training session in Tokyo during the Obon period. From Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu train to Kita-Shinagawa Station, exit the ticket gate at the station, walk to the left, and you will immediately see a railroad crossing. Cross the railroad crossing, go straight, turn left at the end, and you will arrive immediately. It's near the station, so it's very convenient.Family Mart and supermarket are also nearby, so you won't have to worry about food.As soon as you enter through the entrance, there is a reception desk, but it seems to be on the 2nd floor of the building.If you go down the stairs to the 1st floor, you will find a coin laundry, smoking area, and garbage disposal area.There is no elevator, so it may be inconvenient for people with heavy carry-on bags.There were 3 washing machines and 4 dryers, but the washing machines were always running at full capacity even late at night.I was surprised because it was the first time for me to collect the garbage from my room, take it to the garbage disposal site, and get a new garbage bag from the front desk.They have things you don't usually find in hotels, such as IH and microwave ovens.However, I never used any of them.I used the refrigerator to store drinks, but they froze in about half a day.There were reviews saying that the room was spacious, but it didn't feel that spacious.As expected, the interior feels old.The wall in the bathroom was peeling a little, and black mold was visible through the cracks, so it didn't feel very nice.The futons and mattresses were not made with the current trendy company ◯◯, so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.The only saving grace was that there were no people making a fuss in the middle of the night.I told them that I wanted to cancel my planned stay due to the typhoon, but I didn't understand the explanation that they were free to check out, but that there would be no refunds.Some reviews say it's cheap, but personally, I didn't have a comfortable stay because there was no breakfast plan, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was so dirty that mold was noticeable, so overall it was expensive.
