I used it because I missed the last train. When I looked into it later, I was told that check-in was until 10pm, but they kindly prepared a room for me, which was helpful. The fare is less than 6,000 yen, which is unusually cheap near the Yamanote Line. Instead, the facilities were old, but not dirty, and I was able to spend a comfortable night there. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The building is old. There is no washlet. The rooms and furniture are old, there are few electrical outlets, and the cheapest rooms don't even have refrigerators. The location is close to the red-light district, and the morale is poor. There are no meals available, and as mentioned in other reviews, there is a curfew as there are no front desk staff at night. However, it's cheap, and even though it's close to the red-light district, you can just enter from a different street. There's a convenience store and a donki nearby, so you don't need a refrigerator if you're just going to sleep for one night! If you want a comfortable hotel, you won't want to stay, but if you just want to stay cheap, you won't have any complaints. Compare prices with nearby hotels! There are also separate smoking and non-smoking floors. There are minimum amenities, so if you are nervous, we recommend purchasing travel slippers at the 100 yen store above the nearby Tokyu Store (^^)v

I asked about the facility, but the phone response was poor, so I was able to get there halfway through.

At this location, in this day and age, the price is quite reasonable. Although there is a curfew and it is old-fashioned, there is no problem if you just go home to sleep. Perhaps because I booked on a cheap plan, my room didn't have a doorknob, so I had to push the door open with my shoulder. I was told. The shower rack in the shower room was also wrapped with black vinyl tape. There were a few places that needed emergency treatment, but it's still at this price. All I want to do is sleep. I don't really care. There is a water server on the vending machine floor, and you can get mineral water and hot water from there. Tea bags of tea were also placed there for free. It was close to the station, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, which was perfect.

I use it when there are events in Tokyo. It is located a few minutes walk from Gotanda Station. It's very convenient in terms of access, just 2 stops after getting off the Shinkansen at Shinagawa Station and transferring to the Yamanote Line, but I'm grateful that I can stay there for less than 6,000 yen.The building itself is old, so the equipment is also old. There are also disadvantages such as not having a refrigerator, the room being dark, and a curfew 24 o'clock. However, if you just take a shower and sleep, there is no problem.I don't have to worry about the disadvantages because I can stay in a good location and at a cheap price. Is check-in at 15:00 or 16:00? However, you can leave your luggage there, which is helpful. We plan to use it again in the future when there are live performances in Tokyo.

A hotel very close to Gotanda Station. There is a red-light district nearby and the surrounding area is not safe, but this is not a problem for the hotel.Even if I stay at a hotel in the same price range at a different station, the hotel may not be cleaned or be dirty, but I get the impression that the hotel is cleaned, so I don't have any problems with the hotel.

Personally, I would give it 5 stars. Although the building is old, the room was a little more spacious than a normal business room, and was equipped with a chair that looked like a large gaming chair. The indoor lighting was also not as dark as I expected. There were some stains on the floor, but it was cleaned so it didn't bother me. The room had a refrigerator as well as an electric kettle (cup type), and there was also a microwave and water server on the second floor. The toilet in the room didn't have a washlet, but the toilet in the common area on the second floor had a washlet, which was nice. There were amenities including a shaver, and the bed was comfortable. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable and the location is close to the nearest Gotanda Station...I will definitely use them again.

I will never go there again. The mirror in the sink was dirty, and some of the carpets in the room were dirty and torn... Hey, there's a reason why they're cheap. At least keep it clean!
