I stayed for 2 nights to go fishing and help clean up a friend's house that was affected by the disaster. The sea breeze felt nice, but it was also very convenient and comfortable, with air conditioning, plenty of hot water, and free use of the refrigerator and kitchen. You can see the lights of the nuclear power plant. I felt like the host was a very nice person.

I had an idea of what it would be like to see on Street View beforehand, but when I arrived, it was an amazingly different-dimensional space. The Noto Peninsula is 22 kilometers west of Wakura Onsen, 2 kilometers north of the Shiga Nuclear Power Plant (which is currently suspended), and on the outskirts of a small, rather deserted fishing village (Fukuura Port), down a side street, you'll find "Eh, Kokosuka?" A guesthouse in a perfect location. If you're going to stay in the countryside anyway, you need to be thorough!I was shown a one-story detached building across the street, not the two-story main house in the listing photo I saw when I made the reservation (it would be better to post a photo of the detached building as well), but it was a 1DK with bath, toilet, washing machine, refrigerator, and electronics. I was able to use the microwave (the other guest room was empty) for 3 nights without any hesitation, which may have been a good thing.Although the interior cannot be called spotless clean, it is within an acceptable range and suitable for the price, so there are no problems. It's rather positive in the sense that you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of "the Showa fishing village private house."The downside is the wifi. Perhaps because it picks up the radio waves coming from the main building, it worked in the DK near the main building, but it was generally unreachable in the bedrooms in the back.As the host explained, there's really nothing around, in the middle of nowhere, but if you drive 9km north, you'll find a large A-Corp supermarket, Family Mart, and a drug store. A Co-op has a wide selection of side dishes, including sashimi from local fish caught in the morning, so there's no shortage of options for dinner. The nearby GS is also cheap and good. The host was quick to reply and provided excellent hospitality. Our host, who also fishes for turban shells in the neighborhood, boiled his first catch after the fishing season opened in July and shared it with us. Thank you for the meal!Overall, it is not suitable for unreasonable guests who want sophisticated facilities and services at a low price, but it is recommended for thrifty people, easygoing people, and local people.

After passing through the green tunnel, you will find a calm breeze and a deserted open space. At the end of the rugged rocky area, a sight that made me feel so excited was waiting for me, as if there were hidden treasures of the sea. There may be sea anemones, seaweed, turban shells, and sea urchins hidden in the shallows. There is an unexpected big thing behind the rock...In the summer, there is a hidden gem nearby that is sure to create unforgettable memories for children.
