Not only is it convenient to be directly connected to the station, but there is also a spacious free space exclusively for guests, called Associa Lounge, on the 12th floor. You can also drink beer.Above all, the hospitality of the hotel staff was excellent, and they responded flexibly to my requests, making my stay at the hotel extremely satisfying. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again when I stay in Shin-Yokohama.

Our plan included breakfast, and we had a delicious breakfast buffet at Royal Host in front of the front desk.Of course, the staff were also polite.This is a hotel that I would definitely like to use again next time.

This hotel is attached to the rail station for the Shinkansen (bullet trains) that serve Yokohama. There we three of us and we were able to reserve a room with three single beds. We arrived in the morning and the hotel stored all our luggage for free, three hours before we could check in. That way we were able to tour the area unencumbered. When we returned in the evening to actually check in the process was very quick.Our room was very nice and had lots of amenities. Everything was also in English. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom mirror is heated, so it is still clear even after a steamy shower. The toilet seat was heated and was a typical, multi-function Japanese style toilet. The shower was strong, but had a European-style half-glass door. We were on the 10th floor. The inner part of the hotel is hollow and overlooks the dining area below. The room and hallways circle the perimeter of the hotel, offering a great view below.We also had access to a free lounge until 10 p.m. It offered coffee, tea, and juices. There are laundry facilities in the hotel too. You can use a QR code to see if the machines are available, so you don't have to walk down to the room repeatedly to check.One of the best parts of this hotel was their excellent breakfast buffet. It had a huge range of delicious food, to satisfy many cultures. There are also lots of restaurants in the area, for lunch or dinner.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Yokohama. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our one month touring around Japan.

I stayed one night with my daughter for a live event at Yokohama Arena.I arrived more than 30 minutes earlier than the 2pm check-in time on the Shinkansen, so I went to the counter and asked if I could leave my luggage there. "If you don't mind, could you please check in?", she said to me, which was very helpful! The location is directly connected to the Shinkansen ticket gate, and the Yokohama Arena is just a 5-minute walk away, making it extremely accessible! ︎However, there is no noise in the room.The room type is a moderate double on the 17th floor.The interior is simple, clean and easy to use.It is also highly rated that there is a water server and ice service on each floor.I was happy to find lemonade and orange juice in stylish jugs in the free lounge.The only disappointing thing was that even if I turned off the air conditioner, the ventilation in the bathroom didn't turn off, so it was chilly to take a shower alone. So when I filled up the bathtub with hot water and tried to take a soak, the inside of the bathtub was rough... Is it the material? I was skeptical, but when I washed it with body soap, it became smooth.

I was planning to go to the Yokohama Anpanman Children's Museum for my daughter's 2nd birthday, so although it was a little far away, I stayed there because it was directly connected to the station.Honestly, I didn't care whether it was cheap or not.It's not a very expensive hotel, so I think it can't be helped that the quality of service isn't high, but I think it's a bad idea to have used toothbrushes mixed in with new amenities... .I was surprised when I picked up a toothbrush to brush my teeth before taking a bath.The contents fell out, so I looked at it to see what was going on, but the bottom seal was open and there was no toothpaste, so it was clearly a used toothbrush.I asked my husband, who lives with me, if he had used it and put it back in, but he said, "I haven't used it."My 2-year-old daughter doesn't know how to open the bag, and it's impossible for her to put it back neatly.In that case, I can only assume that it is a used toothbrush from a previous user.Although some dirt and hair may be left in the room, I don't think it would be possible for a hotel to leave a used toothbrush in the room.It was very unpleasant.However, the location was convenient as it was directly connected to the station.It was helpful to be able to keep my luggage after check-out.I would like them to clean it a little more thoroughly in the future.thank you.

My room faced the traffic so it was noisy when ambulance passed by. Air con was noisy after sometime too. Luckily the weather was cooling so I didn’t use it often. Senior staffs at the front desk were normally more helpful than others. Breakfast catered to mostly Asians so I had enjoyed it.
