I stayed with my family twice. The location is excellent because it is close to the metro station and the yamanote line. Nearby there are several family marts and a large supermarket. Check-in is done with a tablet at the entrance. The structure appears to be recently built. The room was enough for three people even if there was an extra bed. There is a convenient kitchen for taking-away food. The only sore point is the cleanliness of the sheets. We found them stained and with a bad smell.

Incredible. It is in a quiet part of Shinagawa, close to three train stations. A 24 hour Family Mart is across the street. We had an amazing time and will be back!

First of all, you can store your baggage. When you go to the front of the check-in board, there is a locker with a keyhole in the back, but no key. (Since it is a type that locks by entering numbers, you can completely ignore the keyhole and it is OK)Then, enter the required information, such as the number you reserved at check-in and the name you used when you reserved (in hiragana if it's written in hiragana, or in kanji if you feel like it).You will then be required to copy your photo ID and have a photo taken. That's all you need to do to check in.The screen will display your room number, but it will disappear after about a minute, so I recommend taking a photo! For rooms on the second floor or higher, we recommend using the elevator. However, the elevator is quite narrow, so if you have a large group, it might be better to separate the elevators. I rode with four women and four large carriers, and it was packed. When you arrive in front of your room, touch the panel at the entrance to turn on the power. Enter the PIN number provided at the check-in board and your room will open. It's roughly like this. We took a lot of time to drop off our luggage, so I drew this in hopes it would be helpful to others.Oh, there's no TV in the room, but I was able to watch YouTube on a projector ✌️ I think you can bring in a Switch, etc., but you can't connect it, so it's not suitable lolThat's it!

Pretty small room but I guess that's normal for Japan. It's a 10 min walk from Gotanda station (JR line) so not bad at all. It has a kettle, microwave and rice cooker on top of laundry, shower and toilet. Was a bit pricy compared to places with better locations
