Unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review of this place. The room was so dirty and full of dust in every single corner. The upholstery fixed with some tape and the AC filter was dusty as hell. The smell in the room was disgusting. There was a shitty thing in the toilet when we arrived. We asked to change the room with a cleaner one and they kindly agreed with that. The new room was slightly better, but still dusty and filthy. The place is old and never been cleaned properly for ages. This is a pity because the location is really convenient, near the city station and many shops and restaurants.

Since I used the eco plan, there was no cleaning and no breakfast. When I was there, it was 5,000 yen per night, so I thought it would be better than staying at Necafe, so I stayed for 3 nights. However, unfortunately there was a group of students staying there so it was pretty lively so I couldn't get much sleep. The walls were thin, so I could hear people coming in and out and talking, and even though the room was located far from the elevator, I could hear the ringing bell upon arrival.I can't complain because the front desk is no longer open late at night. If you are concerned, it may be a good idea to bring earplugs. The coin laundry is tucked away next to the parking lot on the first floor, but if you don't care about money, there's a regular coin laundry just a short walk away, so that might be fine. There is a free parking lot, but it is limited to 20 spaces, and it is not reserved just because you have taken a room, but it is first come, first served. Therefore, if you are coming by car, it is best to check in early, or if you are staying multiple nights and cannot park on the first day and park at another coin parking lot, move your car when other customers are checking out. I think

・Feel like an old-fashioned business hotel・At this time, it was 7,000 yen per night, so if you just sleep, it's not a problem.・Shower flow is very poor.・It took more than 30 minutes to fill up the bathtub with water.・The large public bath is in the east building, so if you're staying the night, it might be better to stay in the east building.・The location is very good as it is about 3 minutes from the station・There is a convenience store about 3 minutes walk away.

I used it at work. There are many markets, sightseeing spots, and places to eat near the station, so it was enough to stay overnight without meals.

The parking lot is narrow and difficult to park. The hotel staff's response was bad, and when I went to the front desk around 12:00 a.m., they told me that my shirt was 2-3 buttons open, the hem of my shirt was not tucked into my pants, and that I had left it out, and that I was being treated with a quarrelsome tone.I know there is no cleaning with the eco plan, but this was the first time I've seen them not changing towels. A system where you have to go to the front desk every time to pick it up. Even though I told her to get it together, she glared at me in a belligerent manner and got mildly yelled at.Also, I was told that I couldn't replace the bath mat, so please be careful as it will be incredibly uncomfortable when you take a shower.
