During our five-night stay at TOGOSHI 568 STAY in Tokyo, we had a wonderful and special experience. The hotel is conveniently located in Shinagawa City, in a quiet and pleasant area, and just a short distance from Togoshi Station.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. As a family with a small child (1.5 years old), we found that the hotel catered to all our needs and beyond. The staff was attentive and pleasant, and the host was especially kind and friendly.Whenever we needed something, the host was always available to assist and made us feel at home away from home. Our experience at the hotel was delightful, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and homely place to stay in Tokyo.

Just a short walk from Togoshi Koen Station, you can enjoy your time here in the prosperous atmosphere of a shopping street.It has a complete set of furniture and appliances, so I felt it was suitable for long-term stays. It is located near a shopping street that is often used for TV filming, so shopping street gourmet food is also recommended.

A great concept and it was unmanned yet we had no problems figuring out anything. We had support and quick responses in case of anything. All required amenities were present.Perfect stay for 3 people, loved the location as it had access to a metro station that made it easier to travel. Budget friendly and worth the money. As tourists this area had a lot of options to eat and to try more local authentic cuisine.There's also an onsen at a walkable distance. It also made it easier for us to travel to Yokohama.The facilities:-The kitchen was great and an addition to try some cooking.You have a gym just a building away but if you are a tourist you'll not be able to use it but you have a Gold's Gym 2 stations away and few other facilities.A really must try bakery 2 buildings away.

Very nice room with a nice setup.. had a great time. Stayed only a day, looking forward to staying longer next time.The place was clean, thanks to the wonderful staff. Check-in was smooth,with an affordable price. The kitchen was nice with an electrical stove. It was a spacious room with nice lights, bright or dim, you can set the vibe. Please checkout this spot if you're in Togoshi.. the neighborhood was nice as well, with many stores, nearby gym, and the train station is a hop and skip away. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED....

Administrator with the worst responseI used the rented space on the first floor with my child's friends and family.The reservation was made from 17:00, but even at 17:00, there was no sign that the previous customer would leave.When I contacted the administrator, he asked me to speak to him personally.We ended up starting more than 15 minutes late.In the group in front of me, there were some people who were drunk and others who got into trouble, so it was very scary for me as a person with children.Apparently the manager instructed him to settle the delay with money, so he mysteriously paid 1,500 yen and left.With such a management system, I felt that it was very dangerous to trust and use it from a hygiene standpoint.

A friend made a reservation for me, but I couldn't get in because I couldn't find the password via email. I tried to contact the phone number written on the door for a while, but I couldn't get through, and I was standing in front of the door for almost an hour (lol).In the end, it seemed like it had been sorted into a spam folder or something, and I was able to get in after knowing the password, but it doesn't have to be a phone call in case of an emergency, so I wish there was a way to get in touch. I felt like I could feel a little more at ease.The room was bright and spacious with a nice atmosphere.
