2024/5 Use as usual.I noticed one thing that I didn't like.I'm not sure if it's in every room, but perhaps the rotation has increased, and there's another mattress on top of the mattress.Of course, the sheets were clean, but the original mattress sheets underneath were dirty with mold or dirt on the sides, so I didn't examine them closely, but they were uncomfortable.I hope this will be improved as soon as possible.Please rate it ★1 until it is improved.A business hotel-style hotel in Gotanda that also rents by the hour.Many people also use it in adult entertainment.Prices vary depending on the day, but it costs just under 6,000 yen for two hours, and just over 7,000 yen for one night.For this reason, it can be said that there is a high demand for hourly rentals.It's not that the customer level is low, but I think there are a lot of people catching people near the entrance on the first floor at night, so it feels like the customer level is low.

It is simple but has all the necessary equipment.Cleanliness is also thorough.Check-out time is 12:00, but since it's located in a busy area, you won't be able to sleep until around noon as the background music from surrounding shops starts playing from around 10:00.Check-in is done face-to-face with the staff, just like in a normal hotel.The room does not lock automatically when you enter, but there is no problem if you close it manually.You can easily go out without having to call the front desk every time you go out for a love hotel.The wifi is slow and the number of outlets is small, which is a bit inconvenient if you use it as a business hotel.The staff at the store are cheerful, cheerful, and pleasant.I made a reservation through Agoda.If you make a reservation from Agoda, you are making a reservation on Booking.com, so people who don't understand the mechanism behind the scenes may be confused if they are told that it is a reservation from Booking.com.The soundproofing is weak and you can hear voices from outside or in the next room.Some people may be interested.For some reason, the amount of water in the bathroom only comes out slowly, which is inconvenient when washing your hands.The shower in the bathroom produces a considerable amount of water, making it comfortable.Overall, this is a hotel that I would like to use again.

The staff is not kind. They didn't allow me to keep luggage and ruin my day.The room is not very clean.The location is nice as it is near the train station. Since the activities around this area, it is not for a family trip and not for kids. It is ok for a solo male traveler.I will avoid this hotel due to the bad experience with the staff. Otherwise, it provided a good value after the discount.

I arrived about 5 minutes early, so I thought I'd wait, but they handed me the key and told me I could get in. When I checked out on time, I was charged an extension fee of 600 yen. I explained the situation, but the female receptionist didn't deal with it at all, and instead glared back at me, so I paid, but she didn't say thank you, so I left feeling very bad. I was angry, even though I usually feel good about it.

Used for lunch break.A chubby clerk was there to assist me, but he told me in a bold manner that I didn't have a reservation.I told them that I had made a reservation over the phone, but they told me that they only had a room that was being cleaned and that it would only take 10 minutes.When I reluctantly told them that I would not be using the service that day, they responded with a clearly dissatisfied attitude.The quality of the staff is particularly bad, so it's better not to use this place.
