I called every hour from 9 a.m. on the day of my reservation, but I wasn't able to get through until after noon. I called about 5 times. Messages exchanged via Booking.com were not marked as read and there were no replies.(It was a good opportunity to reflect on whether I have become too accustomed to Japan's excessive customer service.)"Petit hotel"The facility is clean. The living room and check-in counter are artistic, but it's sad that the check-in is unmanned.Maybe I won't find out if I stay the night in silence. It's brutal.``Welcome, nice to have you here'' at the guest house or rider house.I'm used to being treated by famous owners and regular customers, so it feels cold.I think the term ``hotel'' for business purposes is appropriate because the guests do not interfere with each other and do not ask for interaction.People who want to relax alone without being interfered with will probably come here.At a guest house, even if you meet for the first time, there is a sense of distance between travelers and you can start a conversation. However, other chain business hotels cost over 5,000 yen even if they were cheap. On this day, I was lucky enough to be able to use the dormitory as a private room. The living room and check-in counter are designer and artistic. I guess they probably bought a restaurant that went out of business.I think it's a good idea to leave a map on the counter since it's hard to find the room. The manager was there when I checked out.He seemed like a nice person.

As soon as I arrived, there was no one at the hotel and I couldn't get through to the contact number. After a long wait, the room I was shown to was an octopus room, two bunk beds in a small room, so close that I couldn't sleep because of the snoring, and although it was quite accommodating, there was only one toilet... The worst. I've stayed here and there while touring around the country, but... I'm no longer in the dormitory😢

I used a dormitory. On the day of your stay, you will receive a text message asking which bed to use in which room.In the room I stayed in, there was a see-through lace curtain on the bunk bed, so the curtain didn't really make any sense.Furthermore, the bed was near the ceiling light, so the light was shining on it, making it even more visible. As expected, I felt uncomfortable, so I checked out after 1 night of my 2-night reservation and had to quickly find another accommodation. (Even though I said check-out, there was no one at the front desk, so I just quietly left the building...)The photo posted on Google Maps looks like blackout curtains are installed, but maybe it depends on the room?I have had the experience of staying in a dormitory before, but it was quite a disappointing experience.
