While staying with my parents, my father fainted. My family was very embarrassed and urgently requested help from the hotel. At the time, Mr. ISHIKAWA's proactive and calm help is still unforgettable. In a very urgent situation, they quickly called an ambulance and provided us with the necessary items. Fortunately, my father was able to go to the hospital and after recovery, it was confirmed that there were no major problems, and he was able to return to the hotel.Thank you for responding appropriately in a confusing situation and calming the hearts of my shocked family. In particular, other family members were able to go to the hospital without difficulty because they sent us to the ambulance and communicated well with the paramedics.Through this review, we would like to once again convey our family’s gratitude. Thank you very much.I recommend a hotel that treats its customers like family and offers sincere help.I was too busy to enjoy the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet was very well prepared based on Japanese home-cooked meals. Friendly and delicious~

It was small and the distance to travel from the room was short and easy.At the dinner buffet, the soft stewed offal and steak were delicious. I was also surprised that there was melon. I also had sukiyaki made for me and the staff was very kind.

Overall it was good. Although it is a 3 star hotel, the facilities were good. The cost performance is good. There is one point to improve. There is no air conditioner in the room, there is an oil heater. When it starts, there is a smell.

First time staying here after renovation. The buffet has gotten much better, but the shops still have a small selection of items. And unfortunately, the underground smoking area that was previously available has been closed.Although it says on the website that smoking is allowed, it is closed and cannot be used, and the only place you can smoke is in the stall ashtray on the outdoor slope that was there before the closure. If you close indoor smoking areas, please reflect this on the website.Since there is bright lighting outside, you can imagine that on summer nights, mosquitoes and moths will come and be hard to approach. And in the winter, it's too cold to smoke outside. As a smoker, you will not be able to receive legitimate services, so we will refuse accommodation, refund cancellations, and charge you for transportation expenses. If it's an outdoor smoking area, I won't make a reservation from the beginning.I am a smoker, so I research whether or not smoking is allowed, whether there is a smoking area, and where to stay before deciding on a place to stay.If you are a smoker, please be careful.Hotels here now only allow smoking outside.I won't stay at this hotel unless I don't smoke.I would like them to at least revise the facility information. What a shame.

The price was raised to 1200 yen. The men's open-air bath is fully visible from the bridge across the street. If you are confident, please come.

It was a trap. I booked this onsen hotel via Rakuten. It does not mention the room does not provide air-conditioning. When I checked in the room, I found a fan placed in the room. I asked the staff, he said no air-conditioning for my room type. I went completely mad. I asked to have a room change. They could room change if I paid extra money. Of course, I paid and changed to a Japanese room.Another ridiculous thing happened when I was changing clothes, I heard someone was using a key to open our room. I said somebody here, but the guy still opening the door until my husband opened the door and talked to the guy. We could not sleep well as we were scared someone opened our room door again. I told the front desk when I was checking out. The staff simply said that guy was our staff...I cannot believe what he responded. No shampoo and body wash were placed in the room's bathroom...The whole experience was extremely terrible....
