The room was spacious and clean, accommodating 4 people. The room bath is also spacious and you can fully enjoy the hot springs. The beds were separated into two separate areas, each with a TV. We had a buffet for dinner, and the seafood was delicious, as you would expect from Hakodate. The downside is that there was a small gap in the door of the bathroom in the room, which allowed warm, humid air to get trapped in the room, making it a bit hot even though it was October. Air conditioner? I turned off the lights and left the windows in the bathroom and room open. Another thing is that the air conditioner is not working. When I inquired at the front desk, they said it was just blowing air (warm air), and I was asked if I could bring a fan, but they declined and I took the above measures. I guess it only has a heating function in the middle of winter. Is it going to be difficult in the future unless each room has its own heating and cooling system? Well, it didn't put a damper on a fun family trip, so I'm glad.

The room was clean and I was grateful for the comfortable sofa. Accommodates 3 people, with 1 person sleeping on a futon. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There are tea and snacks in the room and water for the number of people in the refrigerator. Thank you!For the meal, I chose the buffet, and although there was no meat, I was able to enjoy sushi, sashimi, and seafood. I stayed for several nights, so for dinner on the second day, the head chef served me a dish of botan shrimp. It was small, but it was sweet, fresh, and delicious! My aunt, who uses a cane, was also satisfied with how the room was designed and was easy to use.She said she would like to come back again. I would like to visit you again.

Our client stayed in the suite room with private onsen for 3 nightswe booked the hotel because the good comment of all the visitor who stayed at this hotel before and because we know the superb quality of their sister in lake toya the nonokaze but surprisingly the hotel was just average even i consider low quality.1. the staff service was badupon check in no one is helping our luggage. remember that we are paying big money to stay in this hotel ( suite room for 3 nights)2. we are asking the extra towel and special size of yukata. but they forgot to delivered3. the front office staff ( ladies) was poor attitude does not show proper respect or japanese warmest greeting. ( very cold)4. my client room was warm even the air conditioned was on. and i ask the reception to check the room but the reception lady said the temperature of the ac was at the lowest and they can only bring electric fan. i said to the lady reception that you better ask your manager and send enginering to check the room first instead of arguing with me ( i used to be hotelier my self with long experience in hotel industry) the aircond problem sometimes happened because the dirt blocking the air. finally she agreed to send some one.5. the room is just standard we can not consider the room as a suite room6. when we wanted to send our suitecase/bags to the next hotel the staff just said you can send it from their sister hotel on next building at 4 pm ( we come down and bring the luggage at 10 am)the staff should say " we are sorry to inform that you can only send the bags at our sister hotel at 4 pm or she can say like let us help your bags on COD bill if the next hotel able to handle itI will never suggest this hotel again to my client

My impression after actually stopping isBath◎Viking△Room◯Price✕Total △I wonder if there will be no repeats.First of all, I tried the bath three times, at 5:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m., probably because there's a private bath on the upper floor with natural hot spring water, but there was no one there, so I took a hyaluronic acid bath and a lemon bath. Bath, medicated bath, honey bath? There were a lot of different varieties, which was great. There were quite a few people at Viking, so there should be people, but there was no one in the bath and it was reserved. As for the Vikings, the lineup is small. The first part was good, but it's the first part. The quality of the sashimi is also poor considering the cost of accommodation. For example, compared to the bluefin tuna at Century Marina, the tuna here is at most drumstick tuna or yellowfin tuna. It's at a level where anyone can clearly see the difference.I think I understand why none of the YouTubers who post a lot of videos about Hokkaido travel and hotels and use them as reference without being too pretentious haven't posted any videos from here.I don't think anyone who doesn't know much about hotels in Hakodate or a foreigner who has stayed at a hotel in Hakodate before will try to stay there again. Bad cost performance. We recommend hotels located between Hakodate Station and the Bay Area. However, the terrine also appeared as a shogi snack. This was insanely delicious. I want to try this again, but I can't find it for sale online, so maybe they don't do it?
