Breakfast is free, but it's quite filling. I am very grateful to be able to drink whiskey as a welcome drink. The walls in the guest room were so thin that I could hear noises clearly, and the snoring in some rooms was so loud that I could barely sleep. It was a shame.

A slightly rich business hotel.I missed the last Shinkansen and stayed overnight with a same-day reservation. It costs about 9,000 yen, which is cheaper than advance reservations. The hotel logo on the door at the entrance is cute. It was a loft room. funny. It's a bit of a walk from Aomono Yokocho Station, but it's within an acceptable range. Convenient if you use Shinagawa Station. There is no convenience store in front of the hotel, so we recommend purchasing whatever you need along the way. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go inside, but there is a large public bath. valuable. Breakfast has a good lineup and is good. It can get busy depending on the time of day, so please plan accordingly. Coffee can be taken out in a cup. Overall it's new and relaxing. Will visit again.2024/06

I don't recommend Super Hotel Shinagawa Aomonoyokocho. If you have ever been to Japan, you probably noticed that the standard of hotels in Japan is higher than other countries at the same rate and prices. So I don't compare Super hotel with other hotels that I have been in the other countries. However, in Japan, my husband and I stayed in several hotels (two hotels in Tokyo, one in Kyoto, one in Osaka, one in Nagoya and one in Kawaguchiko. I compare super hotel with the other hotels at the same range of price and rates we stayed in Japan. The room was very small the same as other hotels, however in the other hotels the doors and the spaces were designed in a way that you have enough space for a 23kg luggage. But here in our room at super hotel, we put our luggage behind the room door, where the room door or the bathroom door hit the luggage every single time we open the door. In terms of bed, the pillow and the comforter was not good at all. There was no duvet for the comforter. They just put a sheet under the comforter. The bed was not comfortable (worth to mention that they put some pillows with sheets at the lobby in case you don't like your pillow). There was no ventilation system in the hallways and the elevator. It was very hot and hard to breath when you were out of your room. They has only one elevator which stops at every floor and it was always full. The breakfast was good, however if you arrive later 8:30 am everything was gone and they wouldn't charge anything. Overall, we didn't have a good experience at super hotel.

The hotel staff are courteous and do a good job in cleaning the room. Breakfast is provided for reservations of 3 days and 2 nights. If necessary, you can pick up 5 shower caps every night. There is hot water for bathing. Peaceful environment. Get off at Aomono-Yokocho Station. Accommodation for many locals.
